الاستعلام الاقتصادي نظام لتفعيل الاتصال الأمني

Abstract

أمام الأهمية البالغة التي يكتسيها الاستعلام الاقتصادي، نظرا لنجاعته في مسايرة التحديات الاقتصادية، بات مطلب باقي القاطعات الأخرى لاسيما الأمنية منها، جاءت هذه الدراسة تهدف إلى البحث عن منافذ إسقاط ركائز الاستعلام الاقتصادي على ممارسات الاتصال الأمني لتفعيل معالجة القضايا الأمنية المطروحة، نحو تحويل مقومات الاتصال الأمني إلى قوة تأثير محركة لتوجهات الرأي العام بما يساهم في إتخاذ القرارات الصائبة ، ما يحقق أهداف المؤسسة لبلوغ أمن اقتصادي شامل.

حيث توصلت الدراسة، إلى وجود تناغم وتناسق كبير بين متغيري الدراسة، الاستعلام الاقتصادي والإتصال الأمني باعتبار كل منهما موضوعه خفايا المعلومة وميدانه متغيرات المحيط، نحو البحث أن التكيف مع التحديات المفروضة بما يساهم في خلق ميزة تنافسية بين باقي المؤسسات الأخرى، لتحقيق الأهداف المسطرة، لنقف في ختام الدراسة عند تقديم جملة من التوصيات، التي نراها بوابة الربط بين الواقع الموجود والبعد المنشود لأهداف البحث، مع عرض الأفاق والرؤى المستقبلية لامتدادات الدراسة.Given the critical importance of economic intelligence, given its effectiveness in addressing economic challenges, it has become a requirement for other sectors, especially security ones. This study aims to explore ways to apply the foundations of economic intelligence to security communication practices to activate the handling of security issues, towards transforming the components of security communication into a driving force for public opinion trends, thus contributing to sound decision-making, which achieves the institution's goals of achieving comprehensive economic security.

The study concluded that there is a great harmony and consistency between the two variables of the study, economic intelligence and security communication, considering that each of them has as its subject the secrets of information and its field the variables of the environment, towards the research that adaptation to the imposed challenges contributes to creating a competitive advantage among the rest of the other institutions, to achieve the set goals, to stand at the end of the study when presenting a set of recommendations, which we see as a gateway to linking the existing reality and the desired dimension of the research objectives, with a presentation of the horizons and future visions for the extensions of the study. Compte tenu de l’importance capitale du l’intelligence économique, et de son efficacité face aux défis économiques, celui-ci est devenu indispensable à d’autres secteurs, notamment celui de la sécurité. Cette étude vise à explorer comment appliquer les principes du renseignement économique aux pratiques de communication en matière de sécurité afin de répondre efficacement aux enjeux de sécurité. L’objectif ultime est de faire de la communication en matière de sécurité un levier d’influence sur l’opinion publique, contribuant ainsi à une prise de décision éclairée et, en définitive, à la réalisation des objectifs de sécurité économique globale de l’organisation.

L'étude conclut à une grande harmonie et cohérence entre les deux variables étudiées, le l’intelligence économique et la communication de sécurité, chacune étant liée aux secrets de l'information et relevant des variables environnementales. La recherche vise à s'adapter aux défis posés afin de contribuer à la création d'un avantage concurrentiel par rapport aux autres institutions, et ainsi atteindre les objectifs fixés. En conclusion, l'étude présente un ensemble de recommandations, que nous considérons comme une voie d'accès permettant de relier la réalité actuelle à la dimension souhaitée des objectifs de recherche, tout en présentant les perspectives et visions d'avenir pour les prolongements de l'étude.
