الدّبلوماسية الجزائرية الإفريقية المتعدّدة الأطراف دراسة حالة: دور الدّبلوماسية الجزائرية بالاتحاد الإفريقي

Abstract

فحوى البحث يتعلق بدور الدبلوماسية الجزائرية بالاتحاد الإفريقي ،لكن شساعة الموضوع الى جانب دافع الخروج بمخرجات عملية حول دفاعها على أحد أهم الرهانات الجيوسياسية التي رافعت الجزائر من أجلها بهذه المنظمة منذ الاستقلال المتمثل في دعم حركات التحرر ،يفرض التركيز على دراسة فعالية التحرك الدبلوماسي الجزائري في إطار الاتحاد الإفريقي لنصرة مبدأ تقرير المصير. بمعني أن هذه الإشكالية المطروحة في هذا السياق ،ستعالج تساؤلا أساسيا مرتبط بمدى التزام الدبلوماسية الجزائرية بتفعيل الإستراتيجية الخاصة برهاناتها الجيوسياسية في شمال الإفريقية في محاولة رصد مقاربتها بهذا الخصوص على مستوى المنظمة المذكورة . لسنا بصدد المزايدة إذا ما قلنا بأن مآل الأزمة الصحراوية ما زال غامضا ،رغم تمتع الجمهورية الصحراوية بعضوية كاملة بالتحاد الإفريقي .وبناء علية فان هذا البحث يحاول اقتفاء مواطن القوة و الضعف في عمل الدبلوماسية الجزائرية الإفريقية المتعددة الإطراف في سياق سعيها لتحقيق لتحقيق الاستفتاء بالصحراء الغربية من أجل تمكين الشعب الصحراوي من تقرير مصيره. Nous n’allons pas exagérer si nous disons que l’issue de la crise sahraouie est encore ambiguë, malgré le fait que la République sahraouie soit membre à part entière de l’Union africaine. Cette recherche tente donc de retracer les forces et les faiblesses du travail de celle-ci. La diplomatie africaine multilatérale algérienne dans le cadre de ses efforts pour parvenir à un référendum au Sahara occidental afin de permettre au peuple sahraoui de disposer de lui-même.
