أثر الاستعدادات الوراثية الجينية على العوامل البيئية في اعداد فرق النخبة الرياضية التنافسية رفيعة المستوى

Abstract

نسعى من خلال هذا البحث العلمي إلى تسليط الضوء بشكل علمي نسبياعلى واقع أكاديميات كرة القدم الجزائرية من حيث مدىأهمية عملية الفحص والتشخيص المبكّر عن الاستعدادات الوراثية الجينية في شكلها الخام، والتي يمكن أن نعتبرها كنقطة بداية مهمة نحو عملية الاستثمار في العوامل البيئية المكتسبة باعتبارها المتغير التابع المساعد على إبراز الاستعدادات الوراثية الجينية، وهذا لن يتم إلاّمن خلال عملية تكيّيف الطريقة التربوية البيداغوجية،وكذا حتى بالنسبة لعملية تكييّفالمنشآت والوسائل البيداغوجيةوتوفير جل الإمكانيات المادية والتكنولوجية المتطورة التي تساهم في إعداد النخبة الرياضية المحلية المستقبلية في كرة القدم الجزائرية، لهذا قمنا بإجراء بحث علمي عينة تراوحت إلى 97 من بينهم مدرب رياضي ومربي رياضي ومستشار رياضي على مستوى الأكاديميات والنوادي الكروية الجزائرية، وقد استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتقديم تشخيص لكشف مجريات عملية فحص وتشخيص الاستعدادات الوراثية الجينية من جميع جوانب الشخصية اللاعب الرياضي، كما اعتمدنا في جمع بيانات موضوع الدراسة على طريقة الاستبيان، كما قمنا بإجراء مقابلة نصف موجهة مع المدربين الرياضيين والمستشارين الرياضيين. Par cette recherche scientifique, nous cherchons à apporter un éclairage relativement scientifique sur la réalité des académies algériennes de football en termes d'importance du dépistage et du diagnostic précoce des préparations génétiques sous leur forme brute. que nous pouvons considérer comme un point de départ important vers le processus d'investissement dans les facteurs environnementaux acquis comme une variable dépendante qui aide à mettre en évidence les préparations génétiques, Cela ne se fera que par le processus d'adaptation de la méthode pédagogique ainsi que même pour le processus d'adaptation des installations et des moyens pédagogiques et de fournir la plupart des capacités matérielles et technologiques sophistiquées qui contribuent à la préparation de la future élite sportive locale dans le football algérien,Pour cela, nous avons réalisé un échantillon de recherche scientifique allant de 97 instructeurs sportifs, éducateurs sportifs et consultants sportifs au niveau des académies algériennes et des clubs de football. Et nous avons utilisé l'approche descriptive analytique pour fournir un diagnostic pour détecter le processus d'examen et de diagnostic des préparations génétiques de tous les aspects de la personnalité de l'athlète, Nous nous sommes également appuyés sur la collecte des données du sujet de l'étude dans la méthode du questionnaire Through this scientific research, we seek to shed relatively scientific light on the reality of Algerian soccer academies in terms of the importance of screening and early diagnosis of genetic preparations in their raw form. which we can consider as an important starting point towards the process of investing in environmental factors acquired as a dependent variable that helps to highlight genetic preparations, This will only be done through the process of adapting the pedagogical method as well as even for the process of adapting facilities and pedagogical means and providing most of the sophisticated material and technological capabilities that contribute to the preparation of the future local sports elite in Algerian football,For this, we conducted a scientific research sample ranging from 97 sports instructors, sports educators and sports consultants at the level of Algerian academies and football clubs. And we used the analytical descriptive approach to provide a diagnosis to detect the process of examining and diagnosing genetic preparations from all aspects of the athlete's personality, we also relied on the collection of the study's subject data in the questionnaire method We also conducted a half-oriented interview with sports coaches and sports counselors.
