التداول العمومي لمسألة تسيير النفايات الصحية في الإعلام الجزائري

Abstract

تناولت هذه الدراسة المعالجة الإعلامية لمسألة تسيير نفايات الرعاية الصحية في الإعلام الجزائري من خلال الصحافة المكتوبة الجزائرية، حيث تم اختيار صحيفتي الشروق اليومي باللغة العربية، والوطن الصادرة باللغة الفرنسية، انطلاقا من التساؤل المحوري الذي مفاده: كيف تتناول جريدتا الشروق اليومي وEl Watanمسألة تسيير النفايات الصحية في الجزائر؟ وتم استخدام منهج المسح الوصفي للتبين من شكل وكيفية معالجة هذه القضية، حيث قام الباحث بالمسح الشامل لصحيفتي الدراسة من 2011 إلى 2020م، كما قام الباحث بتحليل كل المضامين المحتوية على موضوع الدراسة في الصحيفتين، وذلك بالاستعانة بأداة تحليل المضمون، وخلصت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج أهمها: -عالجت جريدتي الشروق اليومي والوطن مسألة تسيير النفايات الصحية على صفحاتها بشكل ضئيل جدا. -استخدمت كل من الشروق اليومي والوطن الأنواع الخبرية في هذه المعالجة: التقرير في المرتبة الأولى يليه الخبر. -نشرت الشروق اليومي مادتها الصحفية الخاصة بمسألة تسيير النفايات الصحية في الصفحات الداخلية. -تم استخدام موقع الصفحات المتخصصة لنشر المادة الصحفية محل الدراسة في صحيفة الوطن، وهي: "صفحتي البيئة والصحة". -غلب في كل من الصحيفتين الاتجاه السلبي نحو موضوع مسألة تسيير النفايات الصحية في الجزائر. This study dealt with the media treatment of the issue of health care waste management in the Algerian media through the Algerian written press, where the daily newspapers Echorouk in Arabic and El-Watan published in French were selected based on the central question: How do the daily newspapers Echorouk and El Watan address the issue of health waste management in Algeria? The descriptive survey methodology was used to determine the form and how to address this issue, as the researcher carried out a comprehensive survey of the two study newspapers from 2011 to 2020, The researcher also analysed all the contents containing the subject of the study in the two newspapers, using the content analysis tool, and the study concluded many results, the most important of which are: - Echorouk Daily and El-Watan newspapers dealt with the issue of sanitary waste management on their pages very little. - Both the daily sunrise and the homeland used the news genres in this processing: the report in first place followed by the news. - Echorouk Daily published its press material on the issue of sanitary waste management on the internal pages. - The specialized pages website was used to publish the press material under study in El-Watan newspaper, namely: "Environment and Health Pages". - In both newspapers, the negative trend towards the issue of sanitary waste management in Algeria prevailed.

Cette étude s'est penchée sur le traitement médiatique de la question de la gestion des déchets de santé dans les médias algériens à travers la presse écrite algérienne, où le quotidien arabophone Echorouk et le journal francophone El Watan ont été sélectionnés sur la base de la question centrale : Comment les quotidiens Echorouk et El Watan abordent-ils la question de la gestion des déchets sanitaires en Algérie ? La méthodologie de l'enquête descriptive a été utilisée pour déterminer la forme et la manière d'aborder cette question, car le chercheur a effectué une enquête complète sur les deux journaux de l'étude de 2011 à 2020, et le chercheur a analysé tous les contenus contenant le sujet de l'étude dans les deux journaux, à l'aide de l'outil d'analyse de contenu, et l'étude a conclu à de nombreux résultats, dont les plus importants sont les suivants : - Les journaux Echorouk Daily et ElWatan ont très peu traité de la question de la gestion des déchets sanitaires dans leurs pages. - Le quotidienEchorouk et ElWatan ont tous deux utilisé les genres d'information dans ce traitement : le reportage en première place suivi de l'actualité. - Le quotidien Echorouk a publié son dossier de presse sur la question de la gestion des déchets sanitaires dans les pages internes. - Le site des pages spécialisées a été utilisé pour publier le matériel de presse à l'étude dans le journal ElWatan, à savoir : " Pages Environnement et Santé ". - Dans les deux journaux, c'est la tendance négative à l'égard de la question de la gestion des déchets sanitaires en Algérie qui a prévalu.
