ابستيمولوجية البحوث العلمية في ميدان اتصال الأزمات

Abstract

عكفت هذهِ الدراسة على تقديم مراجعة تحليلية ابستيمولوجية لمجموعة من الأدبيات والأعمال التي انشغلت بالتأسيس لمفهوم اتصال الأزمات بتحديد مُقارباته ومداخله الأساسية سواء بطريقة مباشرة أو غير مباشرة وكذا تلخيص عناصرها المشتركة وهذا بعد فحص المعاني المختلفة المنسوبة للمفهوم في الدوائر المعرفية العالمية وتحليلها معرفيا في خضم تنوع الآراء والمفاهيم ذات الصلة. كما توخت هذه الدراسة البحث في الأبعاد الابستيمولوجية التي تقفُ عليها أبحاث اتصال الأزمات في المؤسسة الجامعية وبالتحديد في كلية علوم الإعلام والاتصال بجامعة الجزائر 3 وهذا بالتركيز على الجوانب المعرفية متمثلة في التموضع الابستيمولوجي للباحث في هذا الحقل المعرفي من حيثُ أبعاده ومؤشراته الواردة في النماذج الوصفية التي قدمها مجموعة من الباحثين المؤسسين للمفهوم ومن ثم استخلاص ما يمكنُ استخلاصهُ بعد طرح الأفكار ومناقشتها، وهذا من خلال العمل على استحداث مصفوفة للتحليل الابستيمولوجي كأداة بحثية والتي تقوم في الأساس على مجموعة من المستويات المعرفية لتحليل المعرفة المنتجة من قبل الباحثين بالاعتماد على منهج المسح الوثائقي لتحليل الأبحاث العلمية التي تمثلُ عينة الدراسة والتي تمثلت في 6 دراسات بحثية(3 ماجستير ــ 3 دكتوراه). Cette étude visait à fournir une revue analytique épistémologique d'un groupe de littérature et d'ouvrages qui s'occupaient d'établir le concept de communication de crise en identifiant ses approches et approches de base, directement ou indirectement, ainsi qu'en résumant ses éléments communs. après avoir examiné les différentes significations attribuées au concept dans les cercles cognitifs globaux et les avoir analysées cognitivement au milieu de la diversité des opinions et des concepts. Cette étude avait également pour objectif d'investiguer les dimensions épistémologiques sur lesquelles s'inscrivent les recherches en communication de crise dans les institutions universitaires, notamment à la Faculté des Sciences des Médias et de la Communication de l'Université d'Alger 3 et ce en s'intéressant aux aspects cognitifs représentés dans le positionnement épistémologique du chercheur. dans ce domaine de la connaissance en termes de dimensions et d'indicateurs contenus dans les modèles descriptifs qu'il a présentés.Un groupe de chercheurs qui ont établi le concept et ensuite extrait ce qui pouvait être extrait après avoir présenté et discuté les idées, et cela en travaillant à développer un matrice d'analyse épistémologique comme outil de recherche, qui repose essentiellement sur un ensemble de niveaux cognitifs pour analyser les connaissances produites par les chercheurs, en s'appuyant sur l'approche d'enquête documentaire pour analyser la recherche scientifique, qui représente l'échantillon d'étude, composé de 6 études de recherche (3 Master - 3 Doctorat). This study set out to provide an epistemological analytical review of a group of literature and works that were concerned with establishing the concept of crisis communication by identifying its basic approaches and approaches, whether directly or indirectly, as well as summarizing its common elements. This is after examining the various meanings attributed to the concept in global cognitive circles and analyzing them cognitively in the midst of the diversity of opinions and concepts. related to. This study also aimed to investigate the epistemological dimensions on which crisis communication research stands in university institutions, specifically in the Faculty of Media and Communication Sciences at the University of Algiers 3 and this by focusing on the cognitive aspects represented in the epistemological positioning of the researcher in this field of knowledge in terms of its dimensions and indicators contained in the descriptive models he presented.A group of researchers who established the concept and then extracted what could be extracted after presenting and discussing the ideas, and this is through working to develop a matrix for epistemological analysis as a research tool, which is essentially based on a set of cognitive levels to analyze the knowledge produced by researchers, relying on the documentary survey approach to analyzing scientific research.
