الإصلاحات الاقتصادية ودورها في تحسين المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في الجزائر

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز اتجاه اغلب دول العالم الى دعم وترقية قطاع المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة لما يمثله من أهمية اقتصادية واجتماعيه. وكذلك الجزائر التي اختارت وراهنت على هذا القطاع لقيادة قاطرة النمو الاقتصادي نحو بر الأمان وذلك بسعيها الى خلق مؤسسات قادرة على الإنتاج والمنافسة للتقليل من اعتمادها على قطاع النفط حيث تبنت العديد من الإصلاحات الاقتصادية من اجل تحقيق التنمية وكان لقطاع المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة جانب مهم من هذه الإصلاحات التي تراوحت ما بين الإصلاح المالي والتحفيز الضريبي الى سن قوانين خاصة بها و كذلك دعمها ببرامج لتأهيلها والرفع من تنافسيتها، ومن خلال هذه الدراسة سنحاول ابراز دور وأهمية الإصلاحات الاقتصادية في دعم وترقية المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة الجزائرية.

This study aims to show that most countries of the world tended to support and promote the small and medium enterprises sector because of its economic and social importance. As well as Algeria which chose to bet on this sector to lead the locomotive of economic growth towards safety by seeking to create institutions capable of production and competition to reduce their dependence on the oil sector. It adopted many economic reforms in order to achieve development and the small and medium enterprises sector had an important aspect of these reforms, which ranged from financial reform and tax stimulus to enacting their own laws as well as supporting them with programs to rehabilitate them and raise their competitiveness. Through this study, we will try to highlight the role and importance of economic reforms in supporting and promoting Algerian small and medium enterprises.

Cette étude vise à montrer que la plupart des pays du monde ont tendance à soutenir et à promouvoir le secteur des petites et moyennes entreprises en raison de son importance économique et sociale. Ainsi que l'Algérie qui a choisi de miser sur ce secteur pour conduire la locomotive de la croissance économique vers la sécurité en cherchant à créer des institutions capables de production et de compétition pour réduire leur dépendance au secteur pétrolier. Il a adopté de nombreuses réformes économiques afin de parvenir au développement et le secteur des petites et moyennes entreprises a joué un rôle important dans ces réformes, qui allaient de la réforme financière et des incitations fiscales à l'adoption de leurs propres lois, en passant par le soutien aux programmes visant à les réhabiliter et à accroître leurs revenus. leur compétitivité. A travers cette étude, nous tenterons de mettre en évidence le rôle et l'importance des réformes économiques dans l'accompagnement et la promotion des petites et moyennes entreprises algériennes.
