Système de détection, sélection et orientation dans les sauts horizontaux U15(G&F) (en Algérie)

Abstract

Talent selection has a decisive influence on international competitiveness in performance sport. Sports organization structures strive to identify promising talents in order to bring them to high-level sport, through a targeted pathway. How and by what criteria can talented athletes of the next generation be identified? it is on the results in competition that the federations, clubs and coaches of the next generation, in Algeria, rely most of the time. For these reasons, young athletes whose potential has not been recognized may not be considered in the selection process and be lost to performance sport. Therefore, talent selection is a significant challenge for the sport system as a whole. In order to standardize the selection and orientation process, we have set up a battery of morpho-functional tests, in order to evaluate the motor skills of the subjects evaluated and to build, from the results, the scale of detection and orientation of children in the first phase, predisposed to succeed in a good sporting career, in horizontal jumps, or even speed tests. For the development of the scales, the results were subject to statistical analyses. La sélection des talents a une influence décisive sur la compétitivité internationale dans le sport de performance. Les structures d'organisation sportive s'efforcent d'identifier les talents prometteurs afin de les amener au sport de haut niveau, à travers un parcours ciblé. Comment et sur quels critères les athlètes talentueux de la prochaine génération peuvent-ils être identifiés ? c'est sur les résultats en compétition que les fédérations, clubs et entraîneurs de la prochaine génération, en Algérie, comptent la plupart du temps. Pour ces raisons, les jeunes athlètes dont le potentiel n'a pas été reconnu peuvent ne pas être pris en compte dans le processus de sélection et être perdus pour le sport de performance. Par conséquent, la sélection des talents est un défi important pour le système sportif dans son ensemble. Afin de standardiser le processus de sélection et d'orientation, nous avons mis en place une batterie de tests morpho-fonctionnels, afin d'évaluer la motricité des sujets évalués et de construire, à partir des résultats, l'échelle de détection et d'orientation des enfants dans la première phase, prédisposés à réussir une bonne carrière sportive, dans les sauts horizontaux, voire épreuves de vitesse. Pour l'élaboration des échelles, les résultats ont fait l'objet d'analyses statistiques. اختيار المواهب له تأثير حاسم على القدرة التنافسية الدولية في رياضة الاداء. تسعى المنظمات الرياضية جاهدة لتحديد المواهب الواعدة من أجل جلبها إلى رياضة عالية المستوى، من خلال مسار مستهدف. كيف ووفقا الي معايير يمكننا تحديدالرياضيين الموهوبين الصاعدين؟ غالبا ما تعتمد الاتحاداتوالأندية ومدربو الجيل القادم في الجزائر على نتائج المنافسة. لهذه الأسباب، قد يتم النظر في الرياضيين الشباب الذين لم يتم التعرف على إمكاناتهم في عملية الاختيار وقد يفقدون في رياضة الأداء. نتيجة لذلك، يمثل اختيار المواهب تحديا كبيرا للنظام الرياضي ككل. من أجل توحيد عملية الاختيار والتوجيه، قمنا بإعداد مجموعة من الاختباراتالمورفولوجية الوظيفية، من أجل تقييم المهارات الحركية للأشخاص الذين تم تقييمهم والبناء من النتائج، على مقياس اكتشاف وتوجيه الأطفال في المرحلة الأولى، المهيأة للنجاح في مهنة رياضية جيدة، في القفزات الأفقية، أو حتى اختبارات السرعة. لتطوير المقاييس، خضعت النتائج لتحليلات إحصائية
