المستوى المعيشي للمسن البالغ 60 سنة فما فوق

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة الىقياس وتحديد المستوى المعيشي للأشخاص المسنين في الجزائر بتوفير أدوات إحصائية ومقاييس للمستوى المعيشي تتلاءم مع الواقع الاجتماعي والديموغرافي للجزائر تساعد على صياغة سياسات اجتماعية، بدافع تحسين نظام للحماية الاجتماعية قائم على العدالة والمساواة بين افراد المجتمع ويضمن الاستهداف الأمثل للفئات المعنية بهدف تأمين لها حياة كريمة.للوصول الى هدفنا المسطر، تم وضع مجموعة من الفرضيات واتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي المقارن والقياسي،للإجابة على فرضيات دراستنا بالإثبات او النفي. كما اعتمدنا على البيانات المقطعية والمتمثلة في مختلف التحقيقات الوطنية للأسر المعيشية التي قام بها كل من الديوان الوطني للإحصائيات، مركز الدراسات والبحوث الخاصة بالسكان والتنمية، وزارة الصحة (مديرية السكان). Our main goal was to measure and determine the standard of living of elderly in Algeria by providing statistical tools and standards of living measurement that are compatible with the social and demographic reality of Algeria that help to formulate social policies, with the motive of building a system of social protection based on justice and equality between members of society and ensures optimal targeting of the concerned groups in order to secure a decent life for them.To reach our underlined goal, a set of hypotheses were developed, and the descriptive, comparative and econometrics approach was followed, to answer the hypotheses of our study with proof or denial. We also use the cross-sectional data represented in the various national household surveys achieved by (National statistics office ONS, the Center for Studies and Research on Population and Development, and the Ministry of Health.

Notre objectif était de mesurer et déterminer le niveau de vie des personnes âgées en Algérie, en fournissant des outils statistiques et une mesure de niveaux de vie compatible avec la réalité sociale et démographique de l'Algérie. Afin de participer à l'améliorationdu système de protection sociale plus fondée sur la justice et l'égalité entre les membres de la société, assurer un ciblage optimal des groupes concernés afin de leur garantir une vie décente. Pour atteindre notre objectif souligné, un ensemble d'hypothèses ont été développées, et l'approche descriptive, comparative et économétrique a été suivie. Nous utilisons également les données en coupes transversales représentées dans les différentes enquêtes nationales auprès des ménages réalisées par (Office national des statistiques ONS, le Centre d'études et de recherche sur la population et le développement et le ministère de la Santé.
