تأثير الاتصال التربوي بين الأستاذ والتلميذ على العملية التعليمية في ظل المقاربة بالكفاءات

Abstract

يعد موضوع الاتصال التربوي بين الأستاذ والتلميذ حجر الأساس الذي تقوم عليه الإصلاحات في قطاع التربية والتعليم من خلال المقاربة بالكفاءات، والتي وضعت التلميذ محور العملية التعليمية، والأستاذ حجز الزاوية في التحصيل الدراسي لتلاميذه حيث أكدت على ضرورة تمكنه من الكفاءات التدريسية اللازمة وتجنيد وقته، قدراته، كفاءاته واستخدام استراتيجيات متعددة ومبتكرةتمكنه من تفعيل الاتصال التربوي بهدف إنجاحالعملية التعليمية. وعلى هذا الأساس تأتي هذه الدراسةلحياولة فهم مدى تأثير الاتصال التربوي بين الأستاذ والتلميذ على العملية التعليمية في ظل المقاربة بالكفاءات،وتحديد أهم ما يعين التحصيل الدراسي من عوامل، وما ييسره من سبل في المرحلة الثانوية، من خلال الكشف عن البعد الاتصالي من وجهة نظر أساتذة الرياضيات من جهة، ومن وجهة نظر تلاميذ السنة الثالثة الشعب الأدبية من جهة أخرى،خلال الفترة 2020-2021. وذلك انطلاقا من التساؤل الرئيسي التالي: ما مدى تأثير الاتصال التربوي بين الأستاذ والتلميذ على العملية التعليمية في ظل المقاربة بالكفاءات؟ اقتضت طبيعة الدراسة الاستطلاعية الاعتماد على المنهج المسحي، من خلال استخدام أداة استمارة الاستبيان مع كل من الأساتذة والتلاميذ، وقد خلصت الدراسة الى: -يلعب الاتصال التربوي الفعال (اللفظي وغير اللفظي) بين الأستاذ والتلميذ دورا مهما في التحصيل الدراسي. -برامج التكوين المستمرة والفعالة تحسن الاداء التدريسي لأساتذة الرياضيات في ظل المقاربة بالكفاءات. -ممارسة أستاذ التعليم الثانوي في الرياضيات لاستراتيجيات التدريس المتماشية مع المقاربة بالكفاءات لها علاقة إيجابية مع نجاح العملية التعليمية التعلمية. -اعتماد طرق التدريسالتي تتبنى مبدأ الحوار والمشاركة والعمل الجماعييحسن التحصيل الدراسي للتلاميذويرفع مستواهم المعرفي،ويغرس الاتجاهات الإيجابية لديهم خاصة الشعور بالمسؤولية وحب التعلم... -اسلوب التقويم المتبع من خلال هذه المقاربة ناجع كونه في مصلحة التلميذ ويكون في كل مراحل الدرس. -الاتصال التربوي الفعال بين الأستاذ والتلميذ يؤثر على التحصيل الدراسي في مادة الرياضيات للتلاميذ. -ضرورة مشاركة الاستاذ والتلميذ في عملية التعلم وان يكون هناك تفاعل وتواصل قائم بين الطرفين. كما يتأثر نمط الاتصال بين الاستاذ والتلميذ بالجو الاجتماعي والنفسي السائد في القسم والذي يؤثر على فاعلية التلاميذ وعلى قدرتهم على تحقيق الاهداف التربوية وبالتالي على العملية التعليمية. The subject of Educational Communication between the teacher and his learner is considered as a cornerstone in the reformation ofeducation and teaching sector through Competency- Based Approach which puts the learner at the center of the teaching process and the teacher as a guide in the school achievements of his learners. The Competency- Based Approach puts emphasis on the teacher's necessary teaching competencies such as: his time, capacities, competencies, and using new and various strategies which enable him to activate the educational communication to make the teaching process successful. This study attempts to understand the extent to which educational communication between the teacher and the learner can affect the teaching process on the basis of the Competency-Based Approach and to determine the important factors which might help and facilitate school achievement in the secondary level by displaying the communication dimension from the teachers of mathematics' standpoint on the one hand, and from the third year literary branches' point of view on the other hand during 2020-2021school year. Our research is based on the following main question: to which extent can educational communication between the teacher and the learner affect the teaching process in the light of the Competency-Based Approach?. The nature of this exploratory study required the use of the survey method by delivering a questionnaire form to both teachers and learners. The study results: - Effective verbal or non-verbal educational communication between the teacher and the learner plays an important role in the school achievement process. - Effective and continuous training programs help to develop and improve the teaching performance of mathematics teachers. - The use of Competency-Based Approach teaching strategies by teachers in the secondary level have a positive impact on the teaching-learning process. - Reliance on the dialogue, participation and group work teaching methods improves school achievement of the learners and increases their cognitive level and instills positives attitudes among learners such as their feeling responsible and love to learn…etc - The Competency- Based Approach 's evaluation system is efficient since it benefits the learner at the different lesson levels. - Effective educational communication between the teacher and the learner affects the learners' mathematics school achievement. - Teacher-learner participation is necessary in the learning process,based on interaction and communication. - Teacher-learner Communication form is also affected by the social and psychological classroom atmosphere, the latter affects the learner's efficiency and capacity to achieve their learning goals, consequentlythe teaching process.
