تأثير تكنولوجيات الاتصال والمعلومات في إدارة المؤسسة الصحفية الحديثة

Abstract

تعتبر تكنولوجيا الاتصال والمعلومات سمة بارزة للمؤسسة الناجحة والتي لا تستغني عنها أي مؤسسة سواء كانت عامة أو خاصة، فهي تعتمد بالدرجة الأولى على مدى التدفق المعلوماتي الذي يعد معيارا أساسيا لتطورها،ومن خلال الدراسة التي اجريناها والمسماة بتأثير تكنولوجيات الاتصال والمعلومات في إدارة المؤسسات الصحيفة الحديثة،قمنابإبراز الدور الذي تلعبه هذه التكنولوجيات المعتمدة في إدارتها، حيث هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف على الواقع الداخلي بها والكشف عن أنواع التكنولوجيات المستخدمة فيها. ولهذه الدراسة أهمية كبيرة في معرفة أثر استخدام تكنولوجيات الاتصال الحديثة في المؤسسة الصحيفة الجزائرية الحديثة للعلم هناك العديد من الدراسات السابقة التي تناولت موضوع الادارة في المؤسسات عموما الا أن البحوث التي تناولت موضوع استخدام التكنولوجيات في مؤسسات الصحافية قليلة نوعا ما وبشكل خاص بحوث من درجة الدكتوراه، حيث لم ينل الجانب الاداري في المؤسسات الصحافية حضه من الدراسات المتعمقة وهو ما تحاول دراستنا هذه إبرازه بالتفصيل . Communication and information technology is a prominent feature of a successful organization that is indispensable for any institution, whether public or private. It depends primarily on the extent of information flow, which is a basic criterion for its development. Modern newspaper institutions, we highlighted the role played by these approved technologies in their management, as this study aimed to identify the internal reality of them and to reveal the types of technologies used in them. This study has great importance in knowing the impact of the use of modern communication technologies in the institution, the modern Algerian newspaper for science. There are many previous studies that dealt with the issue of management in institutions in general, but the research that dealt with the issue of using technologies in journalistic institutions is rather few, and in particular research from a doctoral degree ,where the administrative side of the press institutions did not receive a glimpse of in-depth studies, and this is what our study tries to highlight in detail. La technologie de la communication et de l'information est une caractéristique majeure d'une organisation réussie qui est indispensable à toute institution, qu'elle soit publique ou privée. Elle dépend essentiellement de l'ampleur du flux d'informations, qui est un critère de base pour son développement. Dans les institutions modernes de presse, nous avons mis en évidence le rôle joué par ces technologies approuvées dans leur gestion, car cette étude visait à identifier la réalité interne de ces institutions et à révéler les types de technologies qui y sont utilisée. Cette étude est d'une grande importance pour connaître l'impact de l'utilisation des technologies modernes de communication dans l'institution, le journal algérien moderne pour la science. Il y a beaucoup d'études antérieures qui ont traité la question de la gestion dans les institutions en général, mais la recherche qui a traité la question de l'utilisation des technologies dans les institutions journalistiques est plutôt rare, et en particulier la recherche à partir d'un diplôme de doctorat, où le côté administratif des institutions de presse n'a pas reçu un aperçu d'études approfondies, et c'est ce que notre étude tente de mettre en évidence et en détail.
