منطقة الشرق الأوسط في ظل تطور العلاقات الأمريكية - الإيرانية (2012 - 2018)

Abstract

شكلت منطقة الشرق الأوسط بأهميتها الجيوسياسية منطقة ارتكاز هام للعديد من القوى الطامعة في بسط النفوذ والهيمنة في منطقة تعتبر إحدى أهم المناطق أهمية سواء من الجانب السياسي أو حتى الاقتصادي، وبرز من بين هذه القوى كل من الولايات المتحدة والجمهورية الإسلامية الإيرانية والتي عزز وجودهما في المنطقة من خلق جواً من انعدام الثقة بين البلدين، فكلاهما ينظر إلى الطرف الآخر بمنظر العدو فمنذ إعلان الثورة الإسلامية في إيران عام 1979، وإيران تنظر للولايات المتحدة بوصفها الشيطان الاكبر، والولايات المتحدة تنظر إلى إيران بأنها أحد أعمدة محور الشر، ولذلك فإن الحالة العامة للعلاقات بين الجانبين سادها العداء وعدم الثقة إلا أن الاستراتيجية الأمريكية بقيت دوماً حذرة في التعامل مع إيران لاسيما مع نشوب أزمة البرنامج النووي الإيراني، ستناقش هذه الأطروحة العلاقات الأمريكية الإيرانية وما ينجم عنها من تطورات حاصلة في منطقة الشرق الأوسط للفترة الزمنية من 2012-2018 خصوصاً ما طرأ على الاستراتيجية الأمريكية تجاه إيران وعلاقة ذلك بمنطقة الشرق الأوسط، ودراسة احتمالات التطور بين الجانبين وتأثير ذلك على دول المنطقة بما فيهم حلفاء الولايات المتحدة مما يشكل فرصة للتقارب الإيراني الأمريكي، ومدى انعكاس ذلك على المشاريع الأمريكية حول المنطقة . The Middle East region, with its geopolitical importance, constituted an important focal point for many forces aspiring to extend influence and hegemony in a region that is considered one of the most important regions, whether from the political or even economic side. Among these forces, the United States and the Islamic Republic of Iran have emerged, whose presence in the region strengthened Creating an atmosphere of mistrust between the two countries, both of them view the other side as the enemy since the declaration of the Islamic Revolution in Iran in 1979. Iran views the United States as the Greatest devil, and the United States views Iran as one of the pillars of the axis of evil Therefore, the general state of relations between the two sides was dominated by hostility and mistrust, but the American strategy has always remained cautious in dealing with Iran, especially with the outbreak of the Iranian nuclear program crise. This thesis will discuss the American Iranian relationship and the resulting developments in the Middle East region for the period of time from 2012 to 2018. Especially, the US strategy towards Iran and its relationships to the Middle East region. And studying the possibilities of development between the two sides and its impact on the countries of the region, including the allies of the United States, which constitutes an opportunity for Iranian-American rapprochement and the extent of its reflection on American projects around the region. La région du Moyen-Orient, avec son importance géopolitique, constituait un point important pour de nombreuses forces aspirant à étendre leur influence et leur hégémonie dans une région considérée comme l'une des plus importantes, que ce soit sur le plan politique ou même économique. les ?tats-Unis et la République islamique d'Iran ont émergé, dont la présence dans la région s'est renforcée, créant une atmosphère de méfiance entre les deux pays, tous deux se considérant comme l'ennemi depuis la déclaration de la révolution islamique en Iran en 1979. L'Iran considère les ?tats-Unis comme le Grand Satan et les ?tats-Unis considèrent l'Iran comme l'un des piliers de l'axe du mal. De ce fait, l'état général des relations entre les deux parties était dominée par l'hostilité et la méfiance. Cependant la stratégie américaine est toujours restée prudente dans ses relations avec l'Iran, en particulier avec le déclenchement de la crise du programme nucléaire iranien. Cette thèse discutera des relations américano-iraniennes et des développements qui en ont résulté dans la région du Moyen-Orient pour la période 2012-2018, en particulier de ce qui est devenue la stratégie américaine envers l'Iran et l'impact de ces relations dans cette région. Aussi, il sera question d'étudier les possibilités de développement entre les deux camps et son impact sur les pays de la région, y compris les alliés des ?tats-Unis, ce qui constitue une opportunité pour le rapprochement irano-américain, et l'étendue de cette politique sur les projets américains autour la région.
