دور البيانات المحاسبية والمالية في تحديد السياسة الإستثمارية للمؤسسة

Abstract

خلصت هذه الدراسة أن لتحليل البيانات المالية وفق مؤشرات ونسب مالية ودراسة الجدوى الاقتصادية للمشاريع الاستثمارية دورا هاما في اتخاذ القرار الاستثماري في المؤسسات الاقتصادية الجزائرية، وذلك من خلال دراسة الوضعية المالية للمؤسسة وتقييم أدائها خلال فترة زمنية معينة، على أساس أن تكون القوائم المالية معدة وفق النظام المحاسبي المالي وأسس علمية لتوفير بيانات مالية ذات جودة عالية. The investmentdecisionis one of the mostdifficult and important strategicdecisionsthat the institution takes to ensureitscontinuity and ability to compete in the market. Accordingly, an investmentpolicy must bedeveloped for all the alternatives and conditions that the institution faces, as long as the policyisintegrated. In order to enable the decision-maker to carry out the process of comparisonbetween the available alternatives on the basis of achieving the largest possible return and minimizingrisks in order to make the appropriatedecision, as the effectiveness of the investmentpolicyis to achieve the goals set at the lowestcost in a certain period of time. This studyaims to know how to analyzefinancial data and itsrole in makinginvestmentdecisions in economic institutions, through a fieldstudy of the National Corporation for Civil Engineering and Construction andRafnouMetal Corporation. This studyconcludedthat the analysis of financial data according to financialindicators and ratios and the study of the economicfeasibility of investmentprojects has an important role in making the investmentdecision in Algerian economic institutions, throughstudying the financial position of the institution and evaluatingits performance during a certain period of time,On the basis that the financiallists are prepared in accordance with the financialaccounting system and scientificprinciples to providefinancial data with a highquality.

La décision d'investissement est l'une des décisions stratégiques les plus difficiles et les plus importantes prises par l'entreprise pour assurer sa continuité et sa capacité à être compétitive sur le marché.Donc il faut mettre une politique d'investissement Pour toutes les alternatives et conditions auxquels est confrontée l'entreprise Cette politique doit être intégrée Pour que le décideur puissea pratiquer le processus de comparaison Parmi les alternatives disponibles sur la base de la réalisation du rendement le plus élevé possible Et réduire le risque pour prendre la décision appropriée. Le succès de la politique d'investissement consiste sur la réalisation les objectifs fixés à moindre de coût et en période déterminée Cette étude vise à savoir comment analyser les états financiers Et son rôle dans la prise de décisions d'investissement dans les entreprises économiques, à travers une étude de terrain de l'entreprise nationale de Génie civil et Bâtiment et l'entreprise RafnouMetal. Cette étude a conclu que l'analyse des états financiers selon les indicateurs et ratios financiers , ainsi, l'étude de faisabilité économique des projets d'investissement Ils ont un rôle important dans la prise de décision d'investissement dans les entreprises économiques algériennes ، cela ,à travers étudier la situation financière de l'entreprise et évaluer son fonctionnement pendant une période déterminée à condition que les états financiers devront être préparés selon le système de comptabilité financière et des bases scientifiques afin de fournir des données financières de haute qualité.
