مساهمة لوحة القيادة الاجتماعية في ترشيد اتخاذ قرارات الادارة الرياضية

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مساهمة لوحة القيادة الاجتماعية من خلال مؤشرات (التوظيف، التدريب والغياب) في عملية ترشيد اتخاذ قرارات الإدارة الرياضية من خلال أبعاد (توفر المعلومات، المشاركة في اتخاذ القرار، القرارات البديلة والملائمة)، على اعتبار لوحة القيادة الاجتماعية أداة فعالة وضرورية في عملية ترشيد اتخاذ القرارات وبالتالي تحسين الأداء في الإدارة الرياضية. ومن خلال دراسة شملت مديريات الشباب والرياضة على مستوى الوسط الجزائري والمقدر عددها بـ ثمانية (08) مديريات، تمّ تصميم استبيان، خصّص لجمع بيانات حول مساهمة لوحة القيادة الاجتماعية في ترشيد اتخاذ قرارات الإدارة الرياضية لعيّنة من رؤساء المصالح والمكاتب على مستوى مديريات الشباب والرياضة لولايات الوسط الجزائري والمقدر عددهم بـ (118) إطار من هذه المديريات، تم تقدير (60) استمارة صالحة للتحليل، وبعد جمع النتائج ومعالجتها إحصائيا من خلال استعمال برنامج (spss)، تم التوصل إلى عدة نتائج تؤكد من خلالها وجود علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة احصائية بين مؤشر التوظيف، مؤشر التدريب، مؤشر الغياب، وترشيد اتخاذ قرارات الإدارة الرياضية.

The current study aims to identify the contribution of the social dashboard through certain indexes (employment, training and absence) in the process of rationalizing the decision making of Sports Management through dimensions such as information availability, participation in decision making, alternative and appropriate decisions) and considering the social dashboard as an effective and necessary tool in the process of rationalizing decision making therefore improving performance of sport administration. And through studies that have englobed the directorates of sport and youth on the national Algerian territory (8 directorates), a questionnaire was conducted to collect datas about the participation of the social dashboard in the process of rationalizing decision making of sport administration; the sample included 118 interests and departments presidents of different directorates in the central of Algeria. 60 forms were estimated in favor of analysis. After collecting and statically analyzed informations through using (spps program), several results were obtained confirming the existence of a statical significant correlation between employment index, training index, absence index and rationalizing decision making of sport administration. Cette étude a pour but de déterminer la contribution du leadership social à travers des indicateurs (emploi, formation et absence) au processus de rationalisation de la prise de décisions de gestion du sport à travers les dimensions (information, participation à la prise de décision, choix alternatifs et appropriés), en considérant le rôle du leadership social comme un outil efficace et nécessaire dans le processus de rationalisation de la prise de décision et donc d'amélioration de la performance dans la gestion du sport. Une étude portant sur les huit directions de la jeunesse et des sports au niveau intermédiaire de l'Algérie, dont le nombre est estimé à 8 (08), a permis d'établir un questionnaire destiné à recueillir des données sur la contribution du tableau de bord social à la rationalisation des décisions de gestion des sports d'un échantillon de chefs d'intérêts et de bureaux au niveau des directions de la jeunesse et des sports des ?tats du centre algérien, dont le nombre est estimé à 118, et qui a permis d'évaluer (60) un formulaire d'analyse valable et de recueillir et de traiter les résultats statistiques par le biais du programme spss.
