تقييم واقع التنمية البشرية المستدامة في الجزائر وسبل ترقيتها خلال الفترة (1992-2021)

Abstract

لم يعد قياس التنمية يعتمد على المؤشرات الكمية التي تعبر عن النمو الاقتصادي والزيادة في حجم الانتاج والعمالة والدخل، بل تطور إلى مؤشرات وأدلة التنمية البشرية، التي ترتكز على طرق علمية تعتمد في مبادئها على الانسان كونه ليس فقط الوسيلة بل الغاية لتحقيق التنمية التي تهدف إلى عيش الناس حياة كريمة خالية من العلل، والاستغلال الامثل للموارد المختلفة في حدود الإمكانات الحالية دون المساس بحاجيات الأجيال المستقبلية. وهي ذاتها متطلبات التنمية المستدامة. والجزائر كغيرها من دول العالم تسعى لتحقيق التنمية البشرية كمطلب أساسي لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة ضمن اقتصاديات شمال إفريقيا واقتصاديات العالم من خلال مختلف المشاريع المنجزة منذ الاستقلال، لذلك خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى عرض واقع التنمية البشرية في الجزائر وسبل ترقيتها خلال الفترة (1992-2021)، وكذا معرفة أهم التحديات التي تواجهها لبلوغ التنمية المستدامة. The measure of development no longer depends on quantitative indicators that reflect economic growth and increased volume of output, employment and income. But it has developed into indicators of human development, which rely on scientific methods depending on its principles on the human being, being not only a means but a goal to achieve a development for the living people A decent life free from diseases, And the optimal use of various resources within the limits of the present, without prejudice to the needs of future generations.and these are the same requirements of sustainable development. Algeria, like every other country in the world, seeks to achieve human development as the basis for achieving sustainable development in North African economies and world economies through various achievements since independence.Therefore, this study concluded with the presentation of the reality of human development in Algeria and the means of its promotion during the period (1992-2021), as well as to know the most important challenges it faces to achieve sustainable development.
