المرافقة المقاولاتية وآثارها على تنشيط الصناعات التقليدية والحرف في الجزائر

Abstract

تُعْتبر المرافقة المقاولاتيَّة بِالتَّدْريب المتخصِّص الأسْلوب الأنْجع لِلنُّهوض بِالنَّشاطات الصِّناعة التَّقْليديَّة والْحِرف مِن خِلال ترْسيخ رُوح المقاولاتيَّة الَّتي تعْتبر المحَرِّك الأساسيَّ لِلرَّفْع مِن الكفاءات ومهارات الحرفيِّين لِلتَّصَدِّي لِكلِّ المخاطر النَّاجمة عن إِنْشاء وتسْيِير مُؤسَّساتهم. يهْدف البحْث إِلى اِخْتبَار العلاقة بيْن المرافقة المقاولاتيَّة بِالتَّدْريب المتخصِّص المتمثِّلة فِي الحقائب التَّدْريبيَّة لِلْبرْنامج لِدعْم رُوح المقاولاتيَّة "اِبْدأ وحسن تسْيير مُؤسَّسَتك" بِوصْفِهَا مُتغيِّرًا مُسْتقِلًّا المتمثِّلة بــِ(الحقيبة أوْجد فِكْرة مُؤسَّسَتك، الحقيبة إِنْشاء مُؤسَّسَتك، الحقيبة حسن تسْيير مُؤسَّسَتك) وتنْشِيط الصِّناعات التَّقْليديَّة والْحِرف بِوصْفِهَا مُتغيِّرًا تابعًا والتَّوجُّه المقاولاتي بِوصْفه مُتغيِّرًا وسيطًا يُساعد الحرْفيُّ فِي تنْشيط الصِّناعات التَّقْليديَّة والْحِرف بِوصْفه مُتغيِّرًا تابعًا، وبذلك كان لَا بُدَّ مِن الإجابة على تساؤل أساسيٍّ مُفاده: هل هُناك علاقة اِرْتبَاط وتأْثِير بيْن عدد مِن الحقائب التَّدْريبيَّة لِلْبرْنامج والتَّوجُّه المقاولاتي وتنْشِيط الصِّناعات التَّقْليديَّة والْحِرف؟ وللتَّحقُّق مِن مضامِين الإجابة، اُخْتيرتْ مجْموعة مِن الحرفيِّين لِلصِّناعة التَّقْليديَّة والْحِرف فِي الجزائر المشاركون فِي البرْنامج "اِبْدأ وحسن تسْيير مُؤسَّسَتك"، فشملتْ عيِّنة الدِّراسة مجْموعة مِن المتدرِّبين عددهم (690)، واعْتمدتْ الدِّراسة المنْهج الوصْفيَّ والتَّحْليليَّ، وعدتْ الاسْتبانة الأدَاة الرَّئيسة لِجمْع البيانات المطْلوبة الَّتي حلَّلتْ بِاعْتماد منْهجِيَّة النَّمْذجة بِالْمعادلات البنائيَّة والْعديد مِن الوسائل الإحْصائيَّة، وقد توصَّلتْ الدِّراسة إِلى مجْموعة اِسْتنْتاجات أهمُّهَا: وُجود علاقة اِرْتبَاط وتأْثِير مُباشر لِلْحقائب التَّدْريبيَّة لِلْبرْنامج دعْم المقاولاتيَّة " اِبْدأ وحسن تسْيير مُؤسَّسَتك" فِي التَّوَجُّه المقاولاتي الَّتي ثبتَ تأْثيرهَا المباشر فِي تنْشيط الصِّناعات التَّقْليديَّة والْحِرف، فضْلا عن تأْثيرات غيْر مُباشِرة لِلْحقائب التَّدْريبيَّة فِي تنْشيط الصِّناعات التَّقْليديَّة والْحِرف، الأمْر الَّذي يُؤشِّر دوْر الحقائب التَّدْريبيَّة لِلْبرْنامج "اِبْدأ وحسن تسْيير مُؤسَّسَتك" فِي الوصول إِلى التَّوَجُّه المقاولاتي ومن ثمَّ تنْشيط الصِّناعات التَّقْليديَّة والْحِرف. Entrepreneurial Accompaniment with specialized training is considered the most effective method for promoting the activities of handicrafts and trades by establishing the entrepreneurial spirit, which is the main engine for raising the competencies and skills of craftsmen in order to confront all the risks resulting from the establishment and functioning of their institutions. The research aims to test the relationship between entrepreneurial accompaniment with specialized training, represented by the training portfolios for the program to support the entrepreneurial spirit "Start and improve your Business" test as an independent variable by appointment its dimensions (GYB, SYB, IYB) and Revitalization of handicrafts and trades as a dependent variable in addition to Entrepreneurial orientation as a mediator variable that helps the craftsman to the Revitalization of handicrafts and trades as a dependent variable, thus it was necessary to answer the basic question that is: Is there a correlation and effect between the number of training portfolios for the program and entrepreneurial orientation and the revitalization of handicrafts and trades‎? To be sure of the contents of the answer, we selected a group of craftsmen ‎in the field of handicrafts and trades in Algeria, participants in the program “Start and Improve Your Business”, the sample of this study contains a group of 690 trainers. The study adopted the descriptive and analytical approach, the questionnaire was considered as the main tool for collecting the required data, which was analysed by adopting the Structural Equation Modeling and many statistical methods, the study found a group of conclusions, including: a direct relationship and impact of training portfolios on the program ‎ in the Entrepreneurial orientation ‎ that proved a direct impact on Revitalization of handicrafts and trades‎, as well as indirect effects of training portfolios for the program ‎ in Revitalization of handicrafts and trades, which indicates the role of training portfolios for the program to reach Entrepreneurial orientation and then Revitalization of handicrafts and trades.

L'accompagnement entrepreneurial avec la formation spécialisée est considéré comme la méthode la plus efficace pour promouvoir les activités de l'artisanat et des métiers en établissant l'esprit entrepreneurial, qui est le principal moteur pour élever les compétences et les aptitudes des artisans afin de faire face à tous les risques émanant de la création et du fonctionnement de leurs entreprises. Ce travail de recherche vise à tester la relation entre l'accompagnement entrepreneurial avec la formation spécialisée, qui est représentée par les portefeuilles de formation relatif au programme de soutien à l'esprit entrepreneurial " Créez et Gérez Mieux votre Entreprise" considérée comme une variable indépendante par la nomination de ses dimensions (TRIE, CREE, GERME) et la dynamisation de l'artisanat et des métiers comme une variable dépendante, en plus de l'orientation entrepreneuriale comme une variable médiatrice qui aide l'artisan à la dynamisation de l'artisanat et des métiers comme une variable dépendante, à cet effet, il est nécessaire de répondre à la question de base qui est: Existe-t-il une corrélation et un effet entre le nombre de portefeuilles de formation du programme et l'orientation entrepreneuriale, et la revitalisation de l'artisanat et des métiers ? Par conséquent, nous avons sélectionné un groupe d'artisans dans le domaine de l'artisanat et des métiers en Algérie, participants au programme " Créez et Gérez Mieux votre Entreprise ", l'échantillon de cette étude contient un groupe de 690 formateurs. L'étude a adopté l'approche descriptive et analytique, le questionnaire a été considéré comme l'outil principal pour la collecte des données requises, qui ont été analysées en adoptant le modèle d'équation structurelle et de nombreuses méthodes statistiques. L'étude a rapportée l’existance d’une relation directe des portefeuilles de formation sur le programme dans l'orientation entrepreneuriale qui a prouvé un impact direct et indirect la dynamisation de l'artisanat et des métiers, ce qui reflère le rôle des portefeuilles de formation pour le programme pour atteindre l'orientation entrepreneuriale et la dynamisation de l'artisanat et des métiers.
