علاقة السمات الشخصية بدافعية الانجاز الرياضي ومركز التحكم لدى لاعبي كرة اليد أكابر

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحاليةللكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة بين السمات الشخصية وكل من دافعية الإنجاز الرياضي ومركز التحكم لدى لاعبي كرة اليد أكابر،والكشف أيضاعن مستوى كل من هذه المتغيرات الثلاث، وأيضا مدى وجود فروق على مستوى هذه المتغيرات النفسية الثلاث (السمات الشخصية، دافعية الإنجاز الرياضي ومركز التحكم) تبعا لمتغير الخبرة (عدد سنوات الممارسة). وتكونت عينة البحث من (66) لاعبا لكرة اليد صنف أكابر ينشطون في القسم الوطني الثاني لجهوي (باتنة) للموسم الرياضي 2019/2020. تم استخدام المنهج الوضفي،وتوصلت النتائج إلى:وجود تباين في طبيعة السمات وتميز اللاعبين بدرجات عالية في كل من سمة الاجتماعية ، الهدوء والسيطرة ودرجات منخفضة في سمة العدوانية، كما تميز اللاعبون بدافعية إنجاز رياضية عالية ونمط مركز تحكم داخلي.وجود علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائيابين بعض السمات و كل من بعدي دافعية الانجاز ومركز التحكم. و بينت النتائج كذلك عدم وجود فروق على مستوى السمات الشخصية ودافعية الانجاز الرياضي ومركز التحكم تبعا لمتغير الخبرة (سنوات الممارسة). The current study aimed to reveal the relationship between personality traits and each of the sporting achievement motivation and locus of control for handball players, It alsothe study aimed to reveal the level of each of these three variables, as well as the extent to which there are differences at the level of these three psychological variables (personal traits, sports achievement motivation and locus of control) according to the variable of experience (number of years of practice). subject were (n =66) team handball players. the results showed that :Social, calmness and domination realized hight degree, while aggression realized low degree. The players were also distinguished by a high sporting achievement motivation and an internal style locus of control.Sometraits realized statistically significant correlations with dimontions of sporting achievement motivation and locus of control.there were no statistically significant differences in each of thepersonality traits, sporting achievement motivation and locus of control according to the variable of experience L'objectif de cette étude est de connaitre la relation des traits personnels avec chacune des motivation de réussite sportive et le centre de contrôle pour les joueurs de handballs, et afin de révéler le niveau de traits personnels et la motivation à la réussite sportive et le centre de contrôle chez les handballeurs, et l'étendue des différences au niveau de ces variables psychologiques selon la variable d'expérience . L'échantillon de recherche était composé de (66) joueurs seniors d'handball actifs. Les résultats ont montrés que:Une divergence dans la nature des traits, et les joueurs se sont distingués avec des degrés élevés dans chacun des traits de sociabilité, le calme etle contrôle. Et desfaibles degrés d'agressivité. Les joueurs se distinguaient également par une forte motivation sportive et un style interne de centre de contrôle.Certaines des traits ont montrés des relations statistiquement significative avec les demonsions dela motivation d'Accomplissement sportive et le centre de contrôle. Et il n'y avait pas de différences au niveau des traits personnels, de la motivation à la réussite sportive et du centre de contrôle selon la variable d'expérience.
