محددات الإرشاد النفسي الرياضي النخبوي لدى الفرق المحترفة لكرة القدم الجزائرية

Abstract

يهدف هذا البحث الى دراسة محددات الارشاد النفسي الرياضي النخبوي لدى الفرق المحترفة لكرة القدم الجزائرية مع مراعاة الخصائص النفسية والاجتماعية والثقافية وكذلك الابعاد الروحية والعقائدية الى جانب الدينية و كل ما توصل اليه العلم الحديث في مجال الارشاد والاعداد النفسي العام والخاص و كذلك تفعيل البعد المادي في تحسين عملية الارشاد النفسي الرياضي و تطويره وكذا التعرف على شخصيات الرياضي و سلوكاته اتجاه المواقف ومعرفة مدى امكانياته المختلفة الجسمية و العقلية و الاجتماعية و النفسية و الحركية ،حيث اعتمد الباحث على المنهج الوصفي والمقابلة واشتملت عينة البحث ثلاثون لاعبا، عشرون لاعبا ينتمون إلى أربعة أندية من مجموع أندية الرابطة المحترفة الأولى، وعشرة لاعبين قدامى في محاولة لمفهمة تطور المحددات النفسية عند لاعبي كرة القدم في الجزائر من خلال الوقوف على محطة هامة في تاريخنا وهي فترة الاستعمار ومقابلتها بالمحددات النفسية في الفترة الحالية. وعلى ضوء النتائج العامة للاستبيان والمقابلة الموجهة للاعبين توصل الباحث الى انه هناك اختلاف لهذه المحددات الارشادية من مرحلة لأخرى.

Le but de cette recherche vise à une étude psychologique du sport d'élite pour les équipes professionnelles algériennes de Football sans oublier les caractéristiques psychologique, sociales et culturelles ainsi que les dimensions spirituels elles idéologiques en plus du religieux et toutes les découvertes de la science moderne dans le domaine du conseil et de la préparation psychologique , publique et privés en activant l'amélioration du processus mental, social ,psychologique où le chercheur s'est appuyé sur l'entretien la première association professionnelle et dix anciens joueurs de football en Algérie en s'appuyant sur une station importante dans notre histoire qui est la période du colonialisme, au Vu de résultats généraux du questionnaire et de l'entretien auprès des joueurs , le chercheur conclut qu'il existe une différence dans ces déterminantes indicatifs d'une étape à l'autre .

This research aims to study the determinants of elite sports and psychological counseling of the professional teams of Algerian football, taking into account the psychological, social and cultural characteristics, as well as the spiritual and ideological acts as well as the religious and all that modern science has reached in the field of counseling and general and private psychological preparation, as well as activating the material dimension in improving the guidance process Sports psychology and its development, as well as identifying the athlete's personalities and his behavior towards situations and knowing the extent of his various physical, mental, social, psychological and motor capabilities and the extent to which they provide him with physical and mental skills to alleviate anxiety and tension and help form an integrated psychological state. the researcher relied on the descriptive approach and the interview. The research sample included thirty players, twenty players belonging to four clubs of the first professional league clubs, and ten players ahead in an attempt to understand the development of psychological determinants of football players in Algeria by standing on an important milestone in our history, which is The colonial period and its encounter with psychological determinants in the current period. In light of the general results of the questionnaire and the interview directed at the players, the researcher concluded that there is a difference in these indicative determinants from one stage to another.
