المعايير الأساسية للعملية الإرشادية النفسية الرياضية المساعدة على التفوق الرياضي

Abstract

إن الهدف من الدراسةهو التعرف على المعايير الأساسية للعملية الإرشادية النفسية الرياضية المساعدة على التفوق الرياضي،حيث اعتمد الباحث في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستخدام دراسة الحالة كأداة لدراسة ظاهرة تفوق رياضيي فريق المصارعة "أمل رأس الواد"، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من(15) مصارعا متفوقا منهم (11) من صنف الأكابرو(04) من صنف الأواسط للموسم الرياضي(2019-2020) وقد تم اختيارهم من أفراد المجتمع الأصلي للدراسة نظرا لتفوقهم في مختلف البطولات الوطنية والدولية. حيث قدم الباحث مقياس السلوك التنافسي لمحمد حسن علاوي للمصارعين بغرض فحص الفرضية الأولى و استمارة إستبيان لفحص الفرضيات الثلاثة المتبقية،وتوصل الباحث من خلال الدراسة الميدانية إلى أن سلوك المصارعين المتفوقين يمتاز بالكفاح و النضال من أجل الفوز مما ساعد على تفوق هؤلاء المصارعين و بلوغهم مستويات عالية من الأداء خلال مشوارهم الرياضي،ومن جهة أخرى تمتع هؤلاء المصارعون بحرية تقرير المصير خلال مشوارهم الرياضي و بمرافقة إرشادية مستمرة ساهمت فيها بعض مؤسسات التنشئة الاجتماعية تحت إشراف المدرب رغم تقصير إدارة النادي و إغفالها لدورها الإرشادي من وجهة نظر المصارعين ، كما أن إهتمام وتعلق المصارعين المتفوقين بتعاليم الدين الإسلامي قد ساعدهم في التركيز و الاستعداد للمنافسات، واتخاذ قراراتهم المصيرية.

The aim of the study is to identify the basic criteria of the psychological-athletic mentorship process that helps to acheive the athletic excellence. The researcher relied on the descriptive and analytical approach, and the use of the "Case Study" as a tool to study the athletic excellence phenomenon of the wrestling team Amal Ras El Wad. The study sample consisted of 15 superior wrestlers (11 from the senior category and 4 from the middke category) who were selected from the members of the original community of the study, due to their superiority in various national and internation championships.Where the researcher presented a measure of competitive behavior of Muhammad Hassan Allawi to wrestlers in order to examine the first hypothesis, and a questionnaire to examine the three remaining hypotheses. The researcher concluded through the field study that the behavior of the superior wrestlers is characterized by struggleand strength for victory, which helped them to excel and reach highest levels of performance during their sports career. From another perspective, these wrestlers had freedom of self-determination during their sports career, with continuous guidance in some educational institutions under the supervision of the coach, despite the failure of the club's management and its neglect of its guiding role from the viewpoint of the wrestlers, also the interest and attachment of the superior wrestlers to the teachings of the Islamic religion helped them to focus and prepare for competitions and make their fateful decisions.

Le but de l'étude est de savoir les critères essentiels de l'opération orientative psychologique et sportive qui favorise l'excellence sportive. Dans cette étude, le chercheur a adopté l'approche descriptive analytique, en utilisant l'étude du cas comme outil à étudier le phénomène de l'excellence des sportifs de l'équipe de lutte gréco-romain "amal ras el ouad".l'échantillon comprend 15 excellents lutteurs 11 d'entre eux sont des seniors et les 4 restants sont des juniors pour l'année sportive 2019/2020 et ils ont été choisis à causes de leurs excellence dans des plusieurs championnats nationaux et mondiaux, étant donné que le chercheur a donné le critère du comportement concurrentiel de mohamed Hacen allaoui aux lutteurs pour vérifier la première hypothèse et un questionnaire pour la vérification des trois autres hypothèses. ? travers une étude de terrain, le chercheur est parvenu que le comportement des excellents lutteurs se caractérise par la lutte pour le victoir ce qui les a aidé à atteindre des niveaux plus avancés dans leurs chemins sportifs ,d'un autre côté, ces derniers se caractériseent aussi par la liberté dans l'autodétermination de leurs chemin sportifs et avec un accompagnement orientatif continu contribué par certains institutions de promotion sociale sous la direction de l'entraîneur en dépit des défaillances orientatives de l'administration du club ,du point de vue des lutteurs. En outre, ces lutteurs ont concentré leur attention sur la préceptes de la religion islamique ce qui les a aidé à concentrer et à s'exceller dans leur préparation et leur prise de décision
