عمليات اكتشاف وتوجيه وانتقاء المواهب الرياضية (10- 16سنة )على ضوء الموائمة الرياضية النخبوية

Abstract

هدفت دراستنا إلى ثلاثة أهداف رئيسية وهي: التعرف على مدى اعتماد المدربين على عملية اكتشاف للمواهب الرياضية في رياضة العاب القوى، ثم التعرف على مدى اعتماد المدربين على عملية توجيه المواهب الرياضية في رياضة العاب القوى، وأخيرا التعرف على مدى اعتماد المدربين على عملية انتقاء المواهب الرياضية في رياضة العاب القوى، ولتحقيق ذلك استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقمنا بتوزيع استمارة الاستبيان على عينة متكونة من 120مدربا ينشطون على مستوى فرق ونوادي رابطة الجزائر لألعاب القوى التي تم اختيارها بالطريقة العشوائية ، وبعد التحليل الإحصائي للبيانات باستعمال النسب المئوية واختبار كاف تربيع التي تمت معالجتها عن طريق برنامج spss)) توصلنا إلى النتائج التالية: *عملية اكتشاف المواهب الرياضية على مستوى فرق رابطة الجزائر الألعاب القوى شبه منعدمة. * النظام الحالي المعتمد من طرف المدربين أثناء عمليتي توجيه وانتقاء المواهب الرياضية على مستوى فرق رابطة الجزائر لالعاب القوى لا يخضع للنظم والأسس العلمية والموضوعية التي تكون على أساس الاختبارات والمقاييس والمحددات والمستويات المعيارية والموصفات الدولية، بل مازال يخضع للملاحظة الذاتية والخبرة الميدانية والطريقة العشوائية.

Our study aimed at three main objectives: to identify the extent to which coaches rely on the process of discovering sports talents in athletics, then to identify the extent to which coaches rely on the process of directing sports talents in athletics, and finally to identify the extent to which coaches rely on the process of selecting sports talents. In athletics To achieve this, we used the descriptive and analytical approach, and we distributed the questionnaire form to a sample of 120 coaches who are active at the level of the Algerian Athletics Association teams and clubs that were chosen in a random way, and after statistical analysis of the data using the percentages and sufficient squared test that were processed by the (spss) program, We came to the following results: * The process of discovering sporting talent at the level of the Algerian Athletics League is almost non-existent. * The current system adopted by coaches during the two processes of directing and selecting sports talents at the level of the Algerian Athletics League teams is not subject to the scientific and objective systems and foundations that are based on tests, standards, determinants, standard levels and international specifications, but is still subject to self-observation, field experience and random method.

Notre étude vise trois objectifs principaux : Déterminer à quel point les entraineurs ont recours à la méthode de détection des jeunes talents sportifs en athlétisme , puis déterminer à quel point les entraineurs adoptent la méthode d'orientation des jeunes talents sportifs en athlétisme , et en fin déterminer à quel point les entraineurs comptent sur la méthode de sélection des jeunes talents sportifs en athlétisme . A l'effet de réaliser cette étude, nous avons adopté une approche descriptive analytique, en distribuant des questionnaires sur un échantillon composé de 120 entraineurs qui travaillent au niveau des équipes et des clubs de la ligue algéroise de l'athlétisme, sélectionnés au hasard. Et après l'analyse statistique des données, effectuée à l'aide des pourcentages et du test du chi-carré, traitées par le programme SPSS, nous avons abouti aux résultats suivants : *L'opération de détection des jeunes talents sportifs en athlétisme est quasi inexistante. *Le système actuel, adopté par les entraineurs durant l'opération d'orientation et de sélection des jeunes talents sportifs, au niveau des équipes de la ligue algéroise d'athlétisme ,n'est pas soumis aux règlementations et aux fondements scientifiques et objectifs qui devraient reposer sur des tests , des normes , des déterminants , des niveaux normatifs et des spécifications internationales, par contre , il repose toujours sur les observations subjectives, l'expérience sur le terrain et la méthode anarchique.
