ظاهرة الاحتراف الرياضي النخبوي في ضوء رهانات اقتصاد السوق الحرة

Abstract

تكمن أهمية الدراسة تفصيل الطرق و الأساليب التي يتم العمل بها في الإدارة بصفة عامة وتطبيقاتها في الإدارة الرياضية، ومنه، اكتشاف أنسب وأحسن الطرق للإدارة السليمة والفعالة و الناجعة، و كذا إبراز أهمية الإدارة الحديثة في تطوير الأداء الإداري للأندية والارتقاء بمهامها نحو الأفضل لإنجاح عملية الاحتراف الرياضي بالجزائر وتحقيق الأهداف المسطرة، ألا و هي تطوير الأداء الرياضي وزيادة الإنجاز الاقتصادي.

L'objectif principal : L'étude vise à identifier le modèle de gestion administrative actuellement utilisé dans les clubs de football d'élite. L'étude vise à répondre à la question suivante : Le modèle de gestion administrative actuellement utilisé dans les clubs de football d'élite est-il soumis aux normes de gestion et de gestion du sport professionnel ? Y a-t-il un équilibre entre les compétences managériales, les compétences économiques et les compétences sportives au niveau du club ? Quelles sont les implications des modalités administratives sur la réussite du processus de professionnalisation des clubs de football en Algérie ? Ce problème soulève des questions secondaires comme suit : Quelle est la réalité des modalités administratives utilisées dans la gestion des clubs de football professionnels algériens ? La politique d'organisation suivie au niveau du club aide-t-elle et contribue-t-elle à fournir des compétences humaines répondant aux exigences de la gestion et de l'animation d'un club professionnel ? Les compétences et les investissements financiers des clubs sont-ils conformes aux exigences du sport professionnel à la lumière du marché libre ? A travers la question susmentionnée, le chercheur a formulé une hypothèse pour aborder cette étude, qui est la suivante : L'adoption des modes de gestion traditionnels par les clubs de football professionnels algériens se répercute négativement sur l'efficacité du système de professionnalisation du sport, qui repose principalement sur compétences administratives, économiques et sportives.

The main objective: The study aims to identify the administrative management model currently used in elite football clubs. The study seeks to answer the following question: Is the administrative management model currently used in elite football clubs subject to the standards of managing and managing professional sports? Is there a balance between management competencies, economic competencies and sports competencies at the club level ?What are the implications of administrative methods on the success of the professionalization process for football clubs in Algeria? This problem raises secondary questions as follows: - What is the reality of the administrative methods used in the management of Algerian professional football clubs? Does the organizational policy followed at the club level help and contribute to providing human competencies that respond to the requirements of managing and running a professional club? Are the competencies and financial investments of the clubs in line with the requirements of professional sports in light of the free market? Through the above question, the researcher formulated a hypothesis to address this study, which is as follows: The adoption of the traditional management methods by the Algerian professional football clubs is negative elyreflected on the effectiveness of the sports professionalism system, which is based mainly on administrative, economic and sports competencies.
