تأثير الشرح والايضاح السمعي البصري على الذاكرة المهارية في الوسط المدرسي من وجهة نظر أساتذة التربية المدنية والرياضية

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مستوى تأثير الشرح والإيضاح السمعي البصري على الذاكرة المهارية في الوسط المدرسي من وجهة نظر أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية، ومعرفة أيضا فيما إذا كانت هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية في مستوى تأثير الشرح والإيضاح السمعي البصري على الذاكرة المهارية في الوسط المدرسي تعزى لمتغيرات (المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة، السن). ولغرض تحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وقام بتصميم استبيان للذاكرة المهارية من اجل تطبيقه، وبعد التحقق من صدقه وثباته، وتمثل مجتمع بحثنا في: 166 أستاذا للتربية البدنية والرياضية في الطور الثانوي لولاية المسيلة. أجريت الدراسة على جميع أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية في المرحلة الثانوية لولاية المسيلة. ولفحص الفرضيات تم استخدام كا2 للكشف عن مستوى تأثير الشرح والإيضاح السمعي البصري على الذاكرة المهارية في الوسط المدرسي وكذلك لدراسة الفروق بين مستوى تاثير الشرح والإيضاح السمعي البصري على الذاكرة المهارية في الوسط المدرسي تعزى لمتغيرات (المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة، السن). وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى الآتي: -للشرح والإيضاح السمعي البصري تأثير ايجابي على الذاكرة المهارية و ذاكرة الاداءات الأساسية و الاداءات المهارية في الوسط المدرسي. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أفراد الدراسة في مستوى تأثير الشرح والإيضاح السمعي البصري على الذاكرة المهارية في الوسط المدرسي تعزى لمتغيرات (المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة، السن). L' objectif de cette étude est de savoir l'influence de l'explication et le clarification audio- visuelle sur la mémoire des lycéens de point de vue des enseignants de l'éducation physique et sportive et de connaître aussi s' il y a des différences statistiques entre c enseignant au nivea P' effet de l'explication et la clarification audio- visuelle sur la compétente mémoire des lycéens selon ( la compétence scientifique les annèes d' expériences et l'âge) pour réaliser ces objectifs le chercheur a utilisé l'approche des riptive il a élaboré un questionnaire pour la comptentemimoire pour l'appliquer Sur un echantillon de 166 enseignants de l'éducation physique et sportive de la wilaya de m'sila Pour vérifier les hypothèses ,on a utilisé K2 pour savoir l'effet de l'esplication et la clarification audio- visuelle sur la compétente mémoire des lycéens selon ( le niveau scientifique - les années d'expérience et l'âge) Les résultats obtenues sont: _ l'explication et la clarification audio-visuelle a un effet positif sur la compétente mémoire ‚ la mémoire et performances habite principale au milieu scolaire _ il n'y a pas des défférences statistiques entre les échantillons de étude au niveau de l'effet de l'explication et la clarification audio-Visuelle sur la compétente mémoire des lycéens selon ( le niveau scientifique_ l'expérience et l'âge). The purpose of this study is to know the level of the effect of audio visual explanation and clarification on the skillful memory of secondary school pupils from teachers of physical and sports education perspective, and also to know whether there are statistical significant differences between teachers of physical and sports education in the level of the effect of audio visual explanation and clarification on the skill memory, of secondary school students, that devolves to the variables (educational qualifications, years of experience, age). In order toachieve the goals of the study, the researcher used the descriptive survey method, and he made up a questionnaire for skill memory in order to apply it after verifying its sincerity and consistency. Our research community was represented in: 166 teachers of physical and sports education in the secondary stage of Msila district. The study was conducted on all teachers of physical education and sports in the secondary stage of Msila district, To examine the hypotheses, K2 was used to detect the level of the effect of audio visual explanation and clarification on the skillful memory of secondary school pupils as well as to study the differences between the level of the effect of audio visual explanation and clarification on the skillfull memory, of secondary school pupils, that devolves to the variables (qualifications, years of experience, age). The results of the study came up with the following: - The audiovisual explanation and clarification has a positive effect on the skillfull memory, the memory of basic performances and skillful performances in the school environment. - There are no statistical significant differences between the study members in the level of the effect of audio visual explanation and clarification on the skillful memory, of secondary school students, that devolves to the variables (educational qualifications, years of experience, age).
