Abstract

لا أحد يجهل الأهمية البالغة لحقوق الإنسان كقيم إنسانية عالمية تنطبق على كل البشر، و لا أحد يجهل أيضاً الحقيقة المُرة لما تتعرض له تلك الحقوق من انتهاكات على الساحة الدولية، لذلك يُناط بالدبلوماسية الوطنية لحقوق الإنسان، تركيز مجهوداتها من أجل إيقاف تلك الانتهاكات التي تُعبر عن إشكالية حقوق الإنسان، و لعلاج هذه الأمر فإنه لا مناص من القضاء على سياسة الكيل بمكيالين و التي لها تأثير سلبي و وَقْعٌ جلل على حماية و ترقية حقوق الإنسان في العالم، مع إلزامية إعادة النظر و على النحو الأنسب، في القوانين الأساسية للهيئات الدولية المُوكل لها فرض احترام حقوق الإنسان، حتى لا يبقى دورها دون معنى.

Résumé en Français : Nul n'ignore l'importance des droits de l'homme comme des valeurs humaines universelles qui s'appliquent à tous les êtres humains, mais aussi nul n'ignore la vérité amère de la violation de ces droits, sur la scène internationale, A ce titre, la diplomatie Nationale des droits de l'homme doit focaliser ses efforts pour stopper ces violations, qui constituent la problématique des droits de l'homme. Pour pallier à cette dernière.
