البعد الأمني والإستراتيجي للطاقة في سياسات العالم العربي : دراسة تحليلية 2000 /2020

Abstract

يمثل هذا البحث البعد الاستراتيجي والأمني للطاقة في العلاقات العربية ، حيث يعرض حصيلة بحث مطول لمتغيرات جيوسياسية تمس مجال الطاقة في العالم العربي ،على المستوى الإقليمي او الدولي، على بعديها الحاضر والمستقبلي، من خلال إبراز كل التحديات والخيارات الإستراتيجية والأمنية، بالنسبة لكل أطراف المعادلة الطاقوية على حد سواء. ومن ثم دراستها وتحليلها ومتابعة مستجداتها في ظل المتغيرات التي تعصف بدول المنطقة وذلك لفترة العقد الأخير من القرن الماضي وصولا الى الربع الأول من العقد الجاري. فمسائل الطاقة في العالم العربي تستدعي البرهنةحيثتشير التوجهات العامة التي تتناولها الدراسة إلى تدويل متواصل لمشهد الطاقة. في ظل هذه الظروف، أصبحت إشكالية الطاقة و أثرها على العلاقات بين الدول العربية و العربية الغربية، سببا لدخولها في دائرة الأهمية المتبادلة، و التي تمثل تحديات حقيقية لصياغة المنطقة العربية و إستراتيجياتها بطريقة جديدة.

This research represents the strategic and security dimension of energy in Arab relations, at the regional or international level, on its present and future dimensions, by highlighting all the challenges and strategic and security options for all parties to the energy equation.
