Abstract

منذ نهاية الحرب الباردة أصبح الغالب في المشهد السياسي، طابع الغموض والعنف والتهديد لتنظيم العلاقات داخليا وخارجيا، مما إستدعى في كل مرة توظيف القوة الصلبة التي إنتهت في العديد من الحالات إلى بسط جو من عدم الإستقرار هذه الوضعية تم إستغلالها من طرف القوى الكبرى من أجل إعادة تشكيل خريطة التوازن الإستراتيجي ويمكن إلى حد ما قراءة ذلك من خلال عملية مسح للأحداث التي تعيشها منطقة الشرق الأوسط، التي تحولت إلى بؤرة أزمات أمنية لا متناهية من جراء التدخل العسكري الأجنبي بعنوان حماية حقوق الإنسان. من بين ضحايا هذا التدخل سوريا، التي تحولت بعد 2011 إلى حلبة صراعات بين القوى الكبرى ليتبعها بعد ذلك صراع إقليمي غلبت فيه الحسابات الجيوسياسية مصلحة الشعب السوري الذي ثار من أجل الحرية والعدالة، وبات من الصعب الآن وضع حد لهذه الأزمة.

Parmi les victimes de cette intervention se trouve la Syrie, qui s'est transformée après 2011 en une arène de conflits entre les grandes puissances, suivie d'un conflit régional dans lequel les calculs géopolitiques ont dominé l'intérêt du peuple syrien, qui s'est révolté pour la liberté et la justice, et il est désormais difficile de mettre un terme à cette crise.

Since the end of the Cold War, the nature of ambiguity, violence and threat has become predominant in the political scene to regulate internal and external relations, which necessitated every time the use of hard power, which in many cases ended in spreading an atmosphere of instability. This situation was exploited by the major powers in order to restore forming a strategic balance map. To some extent, this can be read through a survey of the events in the Middle East, which has turned into a focus of endless security crises as a result of foreign military intervention under the title of protecting human rights. Among the victims of this intervention is Syria, which after 2011 turned into an arena of conflicts between the major powers, to be followed by a regional conflict in which geopolitical calculations dominated the interest of the Syrian people, who revolted for freedom and justice, and it is now difficult to put an end to this crisis.
