(R2 = 0.93). This empirical field study examines the dual dimensions of competitive intelligence, and institutional communication from a purely strategic perspective, based on the monitoring of strategic information concerning competitors, and stakeholders within the Red ocean environment. To obtain accurate results, a case study approach was adopted, using methodological triangulation through three research instruments: interviews, observation and a questionnaire administered to a purposive sample of (100) internal employees, distributed across eight (08) departments of Condor company. Following the collection, processing and analysis of the data using statistical package for the social sciences (SPSS.V27), and the testing of the study's hypotheses, the findings revealed a strong and statistically significant relationship between the two variables. Specifically (93%) of the variance in communication strategy can be explained by the stages of the competitive intelligence system, as indicated by the coefficient of determination (R² = 0.93).
