Abstract

تتناول هذه الدراسة الشرعية الدولية من منظور الفكر الاستراتيجي الأمريكي، مسلطة الضوء على الفجوة بين المبادئ المثالية للأمم المتحدة والممارسات الواقعية للقوى الكبرى. كما توضح كيف تهمش الولايات المتحدة أحياناً ميثاق المنظمة الدولية لخدمة مصالحها القومية، مع التركيز على قضايا الشرق الأوسط كنموذج لهذا التأثير. كما يستعرض البحث الجذور الفلسفية والتاريخية لعقيدة "الاستثنائية الأمريكية" التي تعزز شعور التفوق والتفرد في السياسة العالمية. يعتمد التحليل على المقاربة البنائية والنظرية النقدية لفهم كيفية تشكيل الهوية والأهداف الأمريكية تجاه النظام الدولي. وأخيراً، تبرز المصادر دور القوة الصلبة والناعمة في تطويع المؤسسات الدولية لضمان الهيمنة وبسط النفوذ الاستراتيجي.This study examines international legitimacy from the perspective of American strategic thought, highlighting the gap between the idealistic principles of the United Nations and the pragmatic practices of major powers. It also demonstrates how the United States sometimes disregards the UN Charter to serve its national interests, focusing on Middle Eastern issues as a model of this influence. Furthermore, the research explores the philosophical and historical roots of the doctrine of "American exceptionalism," which fosters a sense of superiority and uniqueness in global politics. The analysis employs both constructivist and critical theory to understand how American identity and objectives are shaped within the international system. Finally, the sources highlight the role of hard and soft power in shaping international institutions to ensure hegemony and project strategic influence.
