تأثير تقلبات سعر الصرف على الميزان التجاري في الجزائر

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة الى قياس أثر تقلبات سعر الصرف على رصيد الميزان التجاري الجزائري، في أثر تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى قياس ظل سياسة تعديل قيمة الدينار التي انتهجتها الجزائر، مع مراعاة خصوصية قطاع التجارة الخارجية الذي يعتمد بدرجة كبيرة على صادرات المحروقات المقومة بالدوالر األمريكي .مشترك لدراسة العالقة بين تذبذبات سعر صرف الدوالر األمريكي لتحقيق ذلك، تم اعتماد منهجية التكامل ال مقابل الدينار الجزائري ورصيد الميزان التجاري الجزائري، إضافة إلى نمذجة هذه العالقة باستخدام نموذج االنحدار الذاتي . (ARDL) للفجوات الزمنية الموزعة المبطأ ةجل بين سعر الصرف والميزان التجاري في الجزائر، مع أظهرت النتائج وجود عالقة توازنية طويلة األ لسعر الصرف مقارنة بالنمو االقتصادي واالنفتاح التجاري. ويعكس ذلك طبيعة االقتصاد الجزائري المعتمد على المحروقات، مما يبرز أهمية تنويع القاعدة اإلنتاجية بهدف تحسين الميزان التجاري.This study examines the impact of exchange rate fluctuations on the Algerian trade balance within the framework of the dinar devaluation policy adopted in Algeria. It takes into account the structural characteristics of the foreign trade sector, which is heavily reliant on hydrocarbon exports, predominantly denominated in US dollars. The empirical analysis is based on the cointegration approach to explore the long-run relationship between the US dollar/Algerian dinar exchange rate and the trade balance. In addition, the Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) model is employed to estimate this relationship. The findings indicate the existence of a long-run equilibrium relationship between the exchange rate and the trade balance in Algeria. However, the impact of exchange rate fluctuations remains relatively limited compared to the effects of economic growth and trade openness. These results reflect the hydrocarbon dependent structure of the Algerian economy and highlight the necessity of diversifying the production base to enhance the trade balance.
