دراسة مقارنة لانعكاس الاتصال اللفظي وغير اللفظي على العلاقات الاجتماعية في الألعاب الجماعية

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الى معرفة اختلاف انعكاس الاتصال وغير اللفظي على العلاقات الاجتماعية في الألعاب الجماعية، حيث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي بأسلوب الدراسات الارتباطية والمقارنة، وتمثلت العينة في 90لاعبا(45 القسم الوطني الثاني و45 القسم الولائي) وقد تم اختيارها بطرقة مقصودة، كما تم الاعتماد على مقياس الاتصال اللفظي وغير اللفظي ومقياس العلاقات الاجتماعية كأدوات البحث، وبعد معالجة البيانات إحصائيا تم التوصل إلى أن مستوي الاتصال اللفظي كان مرتفعا عند مدرب مستوي القسم الولائي في حين كان متوسطا عند مدربي القسم الوطني الثاني أما بالنسبة للاتصال غير اللفظي فكان مرتفعا في كلا المستويين، في حين قوة العلاقة بين المتغيرين (الاتصال والعلاقات الاجتماعية) فقد كانت متوسطة في القسم الولائي وقوية جدا عند القسم الثاني وبالتالي فان انعكاس متغير الاتصال على العلاقات لاجتماعية يختلف بين مستويين وفي ضوء النتائج تم اقتراح عدد من التوصيات ذات علاقة بنتائج الدراسة الحالية.The study aimed to determine the difference in the reflection of communication and nonverbal communication on social relationships in team sports. A descriptive approach was used in the form of correlational and comparative studies. The sample consisted of 90 players (45 from the national division and 45 from the provincial division) who were selected using a purposive sampling method. The verbal and nonverbal communication scale and the social relations scale were used as research tools. After statistical data processing, it was found that the level of verbal communication was high among coaches in the provincial division, while it was average among coaches in the national division. As for nonverbal communication, it was high in both divisions. The strength of the relationship between the two variables (communication and social relations) was average at the provincial level and very strong at the national level. Thus, the impact of communication on social relations differs between the two levels. In light of the results, a number of recommendations related to the findings of the current study were proposed.L'étude visait à déterminer l'impact de la communication verbale et non verbale sur les relations sociales dans les jeux collectifs. Une approche descriptive a été utilisée, sous la forme d'études corrélatives et comparatives. L'échantillon était composé de 90 joueurs (45 de la section nationale II et 45 de la section régionale) sélectionnés de manière intentionnelle. Les outils de recherche utilisés étaient une échelle de communication verbale et non verbale et une échelle de relations sociales. Après traitement statistique des données, il a été constaté que le niveau de communication verbale était élevé chez les entraîneurs de la section provinciale, tandis qu'il était moyen chez les entraîneurs de la section nationale. Quant à la communication non verbale, elle était élevée dans les deux sections. La force de la relation entre les deux variables (communication et relations sociales) était moyenne au niveau provincial et très forte au niveau national. Par conséquent, l'impact de la variable communication sur les relations sociales diffère entre les deux niveaux. À la lumière des résultats, un certain nombre de recommandations liées aux résultats de la présente étude ont été proposées.
