Abstract

جاءت هذه الدراسة بعنوان إدارة روسيا للنزاع السوري في فترة حكم الرئيس الروسي "فلاديمير بوتين " 2015/2024، تناولنا من خلالها إدارة روسيا للنزاع في سوريا انطلاقا من تدخلها العسكري المباشر سنة 2015 كشكل من أشكال الإدارة، والذي يلخص الأهمية الجيوبوليتيكية لسوريا في المدرك الاستراتيجي الروسي، من خلال التطرق إلى الدوافع والأهداف ومختلف الاستراتيجيات والوسائل التي انتهجتها روسيا لتحقيق أهدافها من التدخل وصولا إلى تداعيات وإرهاصات هذه الإدارة، ولنوضح أيضا أن هذه الأخيرة جاءت للتأكيد على الدور الجديد الذي تلعبه روسيا كقوة مؤثرة في العلاقات الدولية.Cette étude, intitulée « La gestion russe du conflit syrien sous le règne du président russe Vladimir Poutine (2015-2024), examine la gestion du conflit syrien par la Russie, en commençant par son intervention militaire directe en 2015. Cette approche résume l'importance géopolitique de la Syrie dans la perspective stratégique russe. Elle examine les motivations, les objectifs et les différentes stratégies et méthodes adoptées par la Russie pour atteindre ses objectifs par cette intervention, ainsi que les répercussions et les implications de cette gestion. Nous précisons également que cette stratégie de gestion sert à souligner le nouveau rôle de la Russie en tant que force influente dans les relations internationales. This study, titled "Russia's Management of the Syrian Conflict during the Reign of Russian President Vladimir Putin (2015-2024), examines Russia's management of the conflict in Syria, beginning with its direct military intervention in 2015 as a form of management. This approach summarizes the geopolitical importance of Syria in the Russian strategic perspective. It examines the motives, objectives, and various strategies and methods Russia adopted to achieve its objectives through the intervention, as well as the repercussions and implications of this management. We also clarify that this management strategy serves to emphasize Russia's new role as an influential force in international relations.
