علاقة الوضعية المهنية بالأداء الإعلامي في القنوات التلفزيونية الخاصة في الجزائر

Abstract

بحثت هذه الدراسة في واقع الوضعية المهنية وظروف الممارسة الصحافية في القنوات التلفزيونية الخاصة بالجزائر، وعلاقتها بالأداء الإعلامي للصحافيين في غرف الأخبار خلال الفترة الممتدة من 2018 إلى 2023. تم اعتماد منهج المسح، باستخدام أدوات مختلفة لجمع البيانات، حيث تم توظيف أداة تحليل الوثائق على ثلاثة مستويات مست المصادر العلمية والتشريعات والبيانات الرسمية، والمقابلة التي أجريت مع 13 من رؤساء التحرير العاملين في القنوات الخاصة، ثم استمارة الاستبيان التي وزعت على 190 صحافيا، إضافة إلى الاستعانة بالملاحظة بالمشاركة. توصلت الدراسة بعد التحليل الإحصائي إلى مجموعة من النتائج تعكس طبيعة تأثير البيئتين الداخلية والخارجية ومختلف الظروف المهنية على أداء الصحافيين في هذه المؤسسات الإعلامية. Cette étude examine la réalité de la situation professionnelle et des conditions de pratique journalistique au sein des chaînes de télévision privées en Algérie, ainsi que leur impact sur la performance des journalistes au sein des rédactions, durant la période 2018–2023. Elle s’appuie sur une méthodologie descriptive et analytique mobilisant plusieurs instruments de collecte de données. L’analyse documentaire, conduite à trois niveaux, a intégré des sources scientifiques, des textes législatifs et des données officielles. Des entretiens ont été réalisés avec treize rédacteurs en chef exerçant dans des chaînes privées, et un questionnaire a été administré à 190 journalistes. En complément, l’observation participante a enrichi l’approche qualitative. L’analyse statistique des données recueillies a permis de mettre en évidence l’impact déterminant des environnements interne et externe, ainsi que des conditions professionnelles, sur la performance des journalistes au sein de ces institutions médiatiques. This study examines the reality of the professional situation and the conditions of journalistic practice withinprivatetelevision channels in Algeria, as well as their impact on journalists' performance withinnewsrooms, over the periodfrom 2018 to 2023. It isbased on a descriptive and analyticalmethodologythatmobilizes multiple data collection instruments. The documentaryanalysis, conducted on threelevels, incorporatedscientificliterature, legislativetexts, and official data. Interviews wereconductedwiththirteen editors-in-chiefworking in private channels, and a questionnaire wasadministered to 190 journalists. In addition, participant observation enriched the qualitative approach. Statisticalanalysis of the collected data revealed the significant influence of bothinternal and externalenvironments, as well as professional conditions, on the performance of journalistswithinthese media institutions.
