الإعلام الرياضي بين حرية التعبير وأخلاقيات المهنة

Abstract

يتناول هذا البحث إشكالية المواءمة بين واجب الالتزام المهني بمبادئ وقيم أخلاقيات المهنة الصحافية والحق في حرية التعبير للصحافيين الرياضيين الجزائريين المشتغلين في الصحافة الرياضية الخاصة ( جريدة الهداف والخبر الرياضي وكومبيتسيون )، انطلاقا من سياقات البيئة المهنية والسياسية والتشريعية. وهو البحث الذي يهدف إلى تحديد وتحليل مدى ارتباط التمثلات والممارسات المهنية للصحافيين الرياضيين بالعوامل والعلاقات التفاعلية الممكنة، وكذا مدى انسجام الممارسة الصحافية الرياضية في مستوى انتاج المحتوى الرياضي من خلال التعمق في تحليل مختلف الأسباب والاكراهات التي تدفع بالصحافيين الرياضيين لعدم التزامهم بالقواعد الأخلاقية للمهنة الصحافية الرياضية وتجاوز ممكنات الممارسة القائمة على أسس حرية التعبير. أفضى هذا البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج والتي يمكن تلخيصها في أن مهنة الصحافي الرياضي تخضع إلى الكثير من الضغوطات والاكراهات والقيود القانونية والمهنية والمالية والسياسية، وهو الأمر الذي انعكس على تجاوز المبادئ والقيم الأخلاقية المهنية، ومنها الموضوعية والمصداقية، والاستقلالية المهنية، و فرض الرقابة على حرية التعبير. Dans cette thèse nous avons analysé la corrélation entre le devoir de l’engagement professionnel du respect des différents valeurs formant la déontologie journalistique et le droit de jouir de la liberté d’expression pour les journalistes sportifs exerçant dans la presse sportive privée(Journal El Heddaf, El KHabar sports et compétition) , tout en prenant en compte le contexte professionnel , politique et législatif algérien . C’est une étude qui a visé a identifier et analyser le lien existant entre les représentations et les pratiques professionnels des journalistes sportifs avec d’autres facteurs influant au sein du métier. Son objectif est de faire éclairer le degré de cohérence de la pratique journalistique au niveau de la production des contenus sportifs en analysant d’une manière globale et constructive les différents causes et contraintes qui poussent les journalistes sportifs à transgresser les règles éthiques du métier de journaliste sportif et enfreindre les fondements de la liberté de la presse . Cette recherche nous a permis d’aboutir a ensemble des résultats, le plus important parmi lesquels est que journaliste sportif subit une multitude de pressions , de restrictions juridiques professionnelles , financières et politiques .Cela influe négativement sur le respect des valeurs éthiques ,professionnelles notamment la crédibilité et l’autonomie professionnelle, et même sur le champ professionnel qui impose toujours une censure qui restreint la liberté d’expression . This study discuss the problematic of harmonization between the duty of professional commitment of journalism’s profession principles and values , and the right to enjoy expression’s freedom for sport’s Algerian journalists working in the private newspapers (EL Heddaf newspaper, El Khabar Sports and competition),starting from the contexts of legislative, political and professional environment. This study aims to show and analyze in which extend there are correlations between representations and professional practices of sport journalists with the factors and possible interactive relations , and in which extend there is an homogeneity of the sports’ journalistic practice in the standard of sports’ content production through the deeping of analyzing different causes and constraints which push sport journalists to do not keep their commitments of ethics rules of sport’s journalistic profession, and overtaking the problematic of the practice based on the expression’s freedom principles . This study had reache some results which can summarized by the fact that the sport’s journalism profession is subjected to political, financial and law restrictions , shown on the overtaking of the professional and ethics’ principles and values and including the objectivity and credibility , and the professional autonomy , the separation between the information and commentary’s principle, to not disclosure different violence’s forms , the restriction of professional framework which imposes the check of crystallization of expression’s freedom right.
