الأنترنت وتحقيق تطوير منظومة البحث العلمي في الجامعة الجزائرية

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى امتلاك أعضاء مخابر البحث العلمي بكل من جامعتي الجزائر 3 وهران 1، لكفايات التعامل مع خدمات وتطبيقات الأنترنت، و توظيفها في كل مراحل إنجاز أبحاثهم العلمية ، بداية من الوصول إلى مصادر المعلومات، ثم تطبيق أدوات الدراسة من مقابلة إلكترونية واستبيان ومسح إلكتروني وتحليل إحصائي وأيضا في التعريف بالبحث من خلال النشر الالكتروني والمؤتمرات الافتراضية. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج المسحي كما تم توزيع استبيان بطريقة تقليدية وإلكترونية على عينة حصصية شملت 200 عضو من مخابر البحث العلمي بجامعتي الجزائر3 ووهران1 ، فيما تم معالجة البيانات وتحليل النتائج واختبار الفرضيات باستخدام البرنامج الحزم الاحصائية spssالإصدار 23. خلصت الدراسة إلى وجود فروق في الكفايات بين أعضاء المخابر تعزى لمتغيرات السن ، الجنس وصفة الإنتماء إلى المخبر.كماأقر أغلب المبحوثين بعدم إلمامهم الكافي بالاستخدام الصحيح لطرق وأدوات البحث المستخدمة في الأنترنت، ومعاناتهم من مشاكل تقنية ومعرفية. أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تشجيع استخدام الأنترنت قبل أثناء وبعد إعداد البحوث. و تنظيم الدورات التدريبية لفائدة الباحثين لإكسابهم مهارات التعامل الفعال مع مختلف خدمات الأنترنت المفيدة في البحث العلمي. Cette étude, vise à déterminer dans quelle mesure les membres des laboratoires de recherche scientifique des universités d'Alger 3 et d'Oran 1 possèdent les compétences nécessaires pour traiter des services et applications Internet, et les utilisent à tous les stades de la réalisation de leurs recherches scientifiques, en commençant par l'accès aux sources d'information, puis en appliquant les outils d'étude d'un entretien électronique, d'un questionnaire, d'une enquête électronique et d'une analyse statistique, ainsi que dans la définition de la recherche par le biais de l'édition électronique et des conférences virtuelles. L'étude s'est appuyée sur la méthode de l'enquête, et un questionnaire a été distribué de manière traditionnelle et électronique à un échantillon de quotas comprenant 200 membres des laboratoires de recherche scientifique des universités d'Alger 3 et d'Oran 1, tandis que les données étaient traitées, les résultats analysés et les hypothèses testées à l'aide du programme de progiciels statistiques spss, version 23. L'étude a conclu qu'il existe des différences de compétences entre les membres du laboratoire en raison des variables de l'âge, du sexe et de la caractéristique d'appartenance au laboratoire. La plupart des répondants ont également reconnu leur manque de connaissances suffisantes sur l'utilisation correcte des méthodes et outils de recherche utilisés sur Internet, et leur souffrance de problèmes techniques et cognitifs L'étude recommandait d'encourager l'utilisation d'Internet avant et après la préparation de la recherche. Et organiser des formations au profit des chercheurs pour leur donner les compétences nécessaires pour traiter efficacement les différents services Internet utiles à la recherche scientifique. This study aims to find out the extent to which members of scientific research laboratories at the universities of Algiers 3 and Oran 1 possess the competencies of dealing with Internet services and applications, and employ them at all stages of the completion of their scientific research, starting with access to information sources, then applying the study tools of an electronic interview, questionnaire, electronic survey and statistical analysis, as well as in the definition of research through electronic publishing and virtual conferences. The study relied on the survey method, and a questionnaire was distributed in a traditional and electronic way to a quota sample that included 200 members from scientific research laboratories at the universities of Algiers 3 and Oran 1, while the data were processed, the results were analyzed and hypotheses were tested using the statistical packages program spss, version 23. The study concluded that there are differences in competencies between laboratory members due to the variables of age, gender and the characteristic of belonging to the laboratory. Most of the respondents also acknowledged their lack of sufficient knowledge of the correct use of research methods and tools used on the Internet, and their suffering from technical and cognitive problems. The study recommended that the use of the Internet should be encouraged before and after the preparation of research. And organizing training courses for the benefit of researchers to provide them with the skills of dealing effectively with various Internet services useful in scientific research.
