إستخدام مواقع التواصل الإجتماعي في النقاش السياسي

Abstract

تتساءل الدراسة حول إمكانية تشكل فضاء عمومي بديل عبر النقاش السياسي لمستخدمي الفايسبوك في الجزائر فترة الحراك الشعبي، وتأتي ضمن سياق انكشفت فيه مؤشرات الأزمة المتشعبة الأبعاد بين السلطة الحاكمة والشعب وأنتجت حراك 22 فيفري 2019 الذي رافقته نقاشات حول الشأن العام السياسي امتدت إلى الفضاء الافتراضي الذي مكّن الأفراد العاديين من غير النخبة من التعبير عن مشكلاتهم ونقد ومعارضة نظام الحكم الأمر الغير مسموح في سياق تسلطي وفضاء عمومي مادي منغلق. ننتهج في هذا البحث مقاربة كيفية تتمثل في المنهج الإثنوغرافي معتمدين على أداتي الملاحظة على الخط والمقابلة المعمقة لوصف وتفسير نقاشات مستخدمي المجموعة الفايسبوكية "المثقفين الجزائريين"، عبر الكشف عن تمثلات المستخدمين للموضوع السياسي واستراتيجيات بناء المعنى في نقاشاتهم، والبحث في طبيعة التداول والأشكال التعبيرية والسجلات الحجاجية المستخدمة فيه ودلالاتها. L'étude interroge la possibilité de construire un espace public alternatif à travers le débat politique des utilisateurs de Facebook en Algérie pendant la période du mouvement populaire du 22 février 2019. Il s'inscrit dans un contexte où les multiples indicateurs de crise entre le pouvoir et le peuple Algériens ont révélé et produit le mouvement du 22 février 2019, qui s'est accompagné de débats sur les affaires publiques politiques dans l'espace virtuel qui a permis auxindividus ordinaires d'exprimer leurs problèmes et critiquer le pouvoir.

Dans cette recherche, nous abordons une approche ethnographique basée sur l'observation en ligne et l' entretien pour décrire et interpréter les discussions des utilisateurs du groupe "intellectuels algériens, à vous la parole", en révélant les représentations des utilisateurs du sujet politique et leurs stratégies de construction du sens, et en recherchant les formes d'expression et de délibération, et les arguments utilisés.

The study questions the possibility of forming an alternative public space through the political discussion of Facebook users in Algeria during the period of the popular movement. This research comes within a context in which the indicators of the multidimensional crisis between the ruling authority and the people were exposed, which concluded in the movement of February 22, 2019. This fact was accompanied by discussions about public political affairs, which extended to the virtual space. Indeed, it enabled ordinary non-elite individuals to express their problems, criticize, and opposition to the ruling system, which is not allowed in an authoritarian context and a closed material public space. In this research, we adopted a qualitative approach represented in the ethnographic approach, relying on the tools of online observation and in-depth interview to describe and interpret the discussions of the users of the Facebook group "Algerian intellectuals. We tried to reveal users' representations of the political issue and meaning-building strategies in their discussions, and trying to identify the nature of deliberation and expressive forms, in addition to the pragmatic records used in it and their implications
