دور إدارة الصحة في التقليل من الأخطار الناجمة عن العمليات الاستشفائية

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز الدور الذي تلعبه إدارة الصحة في التقليل من الأخطار الناجمة عن الأخطاء في العمليات الاستشفائية، بإسقاط أبجديات إدارة الصحة وتأثيرها على مخرجات العملية الاستشفائية، وعلى هذا الأساس تم التوقف على مقياس HSOPSC المطبق عالميا والذي أعدته وكالة بحوث وجودة العناية الصحية بأمريكا AHRQ لتقييم ثقافة سلامة المرضى في المستشفى الجامعي نفيسة حمود بالجزائر العاصمة، من خلال اليات إدارة الصحة والمتمثلة في (الإشراف والمتابعة،التعلم التنظيمي والتحسين المستمر، العمل الجماعي داخل وحدات المستشفى، الإتصال، التغذية الراجعة حول الأخطاء، الإستجابة غير العقابية عند الخطأ، سياسة التوظيف، دعم الإدارة، سياسة المناوبة) وتأثيرها على مخرجات سلامة المرضى. This study aimed to highlight the role played by the health administration in reducing the risks resulting from errors in hospital operations, by dropping the ABCs of health management and its impact on the outcomes of the hospitalization process, and on the basis, the international applied HSOPSC scale prepared by the agency for health care research and Quality of America (AHRQ) was stopped. To assess patient safety at the Nafisa Hammoud university hospital in Algiers, in order to determine the extent to which the health department supports the establishments of a culture of patient safety through mechanisms (supervision and follow -up ,organization all earning and continuous improvement, team work within hospital units, communication, feedback on errors, response non-punitive at fault, staffing policy, management support, shift policy) and its impact on patient safety outcomes.
