أثر ملمح المدرب الرياضي النخبوي على البعد النفسي لدى اللاعبين الناشئين

Abstract

تهدف دراستنا هذه إلى إبراز كيفية تأثير ملمح المدرب الرياضي النخبوي على البعد النفسي لدى لاعبين الناشئين حيث أنه شخصية تربوية، يهدف بالدرجة الأولى إلى تعريف هؤلاء الذين يتطلعون إلى العمل في مجال التدريب بالواجبات والخصائص والسمات والمعارف والدوافع التي ترتبط بشخصية المدرب الرياضي وطبيعة عمله حتى يصبح في مقدورهم إعداد أنفسهم لمثل هذا العمل و ولهذا الغرض استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي من خلال استبيان موجه لمجموعة من المدربين بلغ عددهم 31 مدرب، و مقابلة على عينة متكونة من 24 مدرب كرة اليد لفئة أقل من 17سنة لرابطة ولاية الجزائر، تم اختيارها بشكل مقصود، بعد جمع النتائج ومعالجتها إحصائيا تم التوصل إلى أنعملية القيادة لا تقتصر على المدرب وحده فقط مهما كانت صفاته ووظائفه، بل تتعداه إلى نوع النمط القيادي الذي يسلكه، لأن نوع العلاقات السائدة داخل الفريق الرياضي بين المدرب والرياضين الناشئين تتوقف على طبيعة النمط القيادي المتبع من طرف المدرب داخلالنادي، سـواء كان هـذا النمط القيادي أوتوقراطي أو ديمقراطي، أو فوضوي، وعلى هذا الأساس أوصت الدراسة أن نجاح أو فشل أي فريق إنما يرجع إلى العديد من العوامل من بينها طبيعة القيادة السائدة فيه، كذلك توفر مهارات الاتصال للمدرب الرياضي النخبوي تؤثر على البعد النفسي لدى اللاعبين الناشئين و بالتالي محددات ملمح المدرب الرياضي النخبوي في تدريب فئة الناشئين أساسها الملمح الماضي الرياضي للمدرب و الملمح النفسي أي سمات القيادة و مهارات الاتصال بالإضافة إلى الملمح التدريبي التخصصي التكويني الحديث و المتجدد، حيث لها دور هام في وصول الناشئ للمستويات العليا This study aims to highlight how the feature of the elite sports coach affects the psychological dimension of young players, as he is an educational personality that aims primarily to familiarize those who aspire to work in the field of training with the duties, characteristics, traits, knowledge and motives that are related to the personality of the sports coach and the nature of his work until he becomes in They can prepare themselves for such work, and for this purpose we used the descriptive approach through a questionnaire directed to a group of 31 coaches, and an interview on a sample of 24 handball coaches for a category under 17 years of age for the League of Algiers Wilaya, selected intentionally, after collecting The results and their statistical treatment It was concluded that the leadership process is not limited to the coach alone, whatever his attributes and functions, but goes beyond him to the type of leadership style he uses, because the type of relations prevailing within the sports team between the coach and the young athletes depends on the nature of the leadership style followed by the coach within The club, whether this leadership style is autocratic, democratic, or chaotic, and on this basis the study recommended that the success or failure of any team is due to many factors from Among them is the nature of leadership prevailing in it, as well as the availability of communication skills for the elite sports coach, which affects the psychological dimension of the young players, and therefore the determinants of the profile of the elite sports coach in training the junior category are based on the profile of the coach's sports past and the psychological profile, i.e. leadership traits and communication skills in addition to the training profile The modern and renewable formative specialist, as it has an important role in the arrival of the junior to higher levels.
