ترقية الأداء الصحي في المؤسسات الاستشفائية الجزائرية

Abstract

تناولت هذه الدراسة ترقية الأداء الصحي في المؤسسات الإستشفائية الجزائرية وآليات تطويره والإرتقاء به،حيث تمت الدراسة بالاعتماد على عينة من المؤسسات الإستشفائية الجزائرية للقطاعين العام والخاص،من خلال التركيز على: بعد الأداء المالي، بعد رضا المريض، التنسيق ما بين المصالح، وبعد النمو والتعلم. تهدف الدراسة بشكل أساسي لبناء منهجية متكاملة لتقييم الأداء الصحي في المؤسسات الإستشفائية الجزائرية.تمت الاستعانة في هذه الدراسة ببعض الأدوات الإحصائية من برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية، برنامج لتحليل الإجابات النصية وموقع لترجمة أو معرفة التوجه العام للإجابة للدراسات الكيفية. توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج الأتية:أهمية الحاجة إلى تبني المعايير المحسنة للأداء الصحي والمساهمة في تطويره؛يمكن تحقيق أداء صحي متميز للمؤسسات الإستشفائية من خلال تبني آليات نموذجية مناسبة. This study dealt with the promotion of health performance in Algerian hospital institutions and the mechanisms for its development and upgrading.The study was based on a sample of Algerian institutions in the public and private sectors.By focusing on: financial performance, patient satisfaction, coordination between interests, and growth and learning. The main objective of the study is to build an integrated methodology for evaluating health performance in Algerian hospital institutions. In this study, some statistical tools were used from the StatisticalPackages for Social Sciences, aprogram for analyzing text responses, and a website for translating or knowing the general orientation of the answer to qualitative studies. The study reached the following results: The importance of the need to adopt improved standards of health performance and contribute to its development; Distinguished health performance of hospital institutions can be achieved by adopting appropriate model mechanisms.

Cette étude porte sur la promotion de la performance sanitaire dans les établissements hospitaliers algériens et les mécanismes de son développement et de son amélioration. L'étude a été menée en s'appuyant sur un échantillon d'établissements hospitaliers algériens dans le secteur public et le secteur privé, en mettant l'accent sur l'aspect performance financière, aspect satisfaction des patients, aspect coordination entre les services et l'aspect croissance et apprentissage. L'objectif principal de l'étude est de développer une méthodologie intégrée pour évaluer la performance sanitaire dans les établissements hospitaliers algériens. Dans cette étude, certains outils statistiques ont été utilisés à partir des logicielsstatistiques pour les sciences sociales,un programme d'analyse des réponses textuelles et un site Web pour traduire ou connaître l'orientation générale de la réponse aux études qualitatives. L'étude a abouti aux résultats suivants : L'importance de la nécessité d'adopter des normes pour l'amélioration de performance sanitaire et de contribuer à son développement ; Une performance sanitaire dans établissements hospitaliers peut être réalisée en adoptant des modèles appropriés
