المسؤولية الإجتماعية للمؤسسة كمدخل لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة الموسومة بـــــــ: " المسؤولية الاجتماعية للمؤسسة كمدخل لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة "إلى توضيح العلاقة بين انتهاج المؤسسة للمسؤولية الاجتماعية وبين تحقيق أبعاد التنمية المستدامة، حيث تم تقسيم الدراسة إلى جانبين نظري وتطبيقي، تعرضنا في الجانب التطبيقي إلى التأصيل النظري للمسؤولية الاجتماعية للمؤسسة وأهم جوانبها والتنمية المستدامة بأبعادها وعلاقة المؤسسة من خلال أدائها المستدام في تحقيقها. أما في الجانب التطبيقي فقد تم دراسة واقع المسؤولية الاجتماعية في مؤسسة كوسيدار المحاجر اعتمادا على المعاينة الميدانية والوثائقية للمؤسسة كما تم الاستعانة بأداة الاستبيان بغرض استقصاء آراء العينة المبحوثة حول مدى مساهمة مؤسسة كوسيدار المحاجر من خلال الأعمال المسؤولة اجتماعيا تجاه أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين والخارجيين في تحقيق أبعاد التنمية المستدامة. This study, titled: "corporate social responsibility as an Entrance to Achieving Sustainable Development," aimed to clarify the relationship between the institution's adoption of social responsibility and the achievement of the dimensions of sustainable development, as the study was divided into two theoretical and practical aspects. And the most important aspects of it and sustainable development in its dimensions and the relationship of the institution through its sustainable performance in achieving it. As for the practical side, the reality of social responsibility in the "COSIDER CARRIER" Foundation was studied based on the field and documentary inspection of the institution. The questionnaire tool was used in order to survey the opinions of the researched sample about the extent of the contribution of the "COSIDER CARRIER" Foundation through socially responsible actions towards internal and external stakeholders in achieving dimensions of sustainable development. Cette étude, intitulée : " La responsabilité sociale des entreprises comme entrée pour atteindre le développement durable ", a visé à clarifier la relation entre l'adoption de la responsabilité sociale par l'institution et la réalisation des dimensions du développement durable.Dans ce cadre, elle a été divisée en deux volets théorique et pratique. Du côté théorique, nous avons exposé les aspects les plus importants de la responsabilité sociale et du développement durable dans ses dimensions et la relation de l'institution à travers sa performance durable dans sa réalisation. Quant au côté pratique, la réalité de la responsabilité sociale dans la Fondation " COSIDER CARRIER " a été étudiée sur la base du terrain et de l'inspection documentaire de l'institution. L'outil questionnaire a été utilisé afin de sonder les opinions de l'échantillon recherché sur l'étendue de la contribution de la Fondation "COSIDER CARRIER" à travers des actions socialement responsables envers les parties prenantes internes et externes dans la réalisation des dimensions du développement durable.
