تحديات الإندماج الإقتصادي العربي في ظل العولمة

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل تطور ظاهرة التكامل الاقتصادي الإقليمي في العالم العربي ككل والمنطقة المغاربية بشكل خاص. أهم المعوقات والمعوقات التي نشأت أمام تجسيد تحقيق التكامل الاقتصادي للمنطقة العربية وجاذبيتها في المنطقة المغاربية ، وبين المسارات والنماذج الموضوعية التي يمكن إتباعها من أجل بناء مستقبل اقتصادي عربي متكامل. من خلال عملية تكامل حقيقية وفق متطلبات هذا المناخ الجديد الذي يتسم بتسارع العولمة على أساس معايير الجودة والكفاءة والقيم التنافسية. This study aims to analyze the evolution of the phenomenon of regional economic integration in the Arab world as a whole and the Maghreb sub-region in particular. Organized into four (04) chapters, this scientific work tends to reconcile the objective scientific analysis of the most important obstacles and constraints that have arisen against the concretization of the realization of the economic integration of the Arab region and its tentacle the Maghreb sub-region, and between objective paths and models which can be followed in order to build an integrated Arab economic future, through a real integration process, according to the requirements of this new climate marked by the acceleration of globalization based on standards of quality, efficiency and competitive values. La présente étude a pour objectif l'analyse de l'évolution du phénomène de l'intégration économique régionale dans le monde arabe dans sa globalité et la sous-région maghrébine en plus particulier.Organiser en quatre (04) chapitres , ce travail scientifique tend à concilier l'analyse scientifique objective des obstacles et contraintes les plus importantes qui se sont dressées contre la concrétisation de la réalisation de l'intégration économique de la région arabe et sa tentacule la sous-région maghrébine, et entre des voies objectives et des modèles réalistes qui peuvent être suivis afin de construire un avenir économique arabe intégré, à travers un processus d'intégration réel, selon les exigences de ce nouveau climat marqué par l'accélération de la mondialisation basée sur des normes de qualité, d'efficacité et de valeurs compétitives
