دور التمويل بالرأسمال الإستثماري في تفعيل نشاط المؤسسة الإقتصادية

Abstract

من أجل تبيان أسس وقواعد وآلية التمويل بالرأسمال الإستثماري من الناحية الفنية والإدارية والقانونية والتسييرية للمؤسسات المخولة بممارسة هذا النشاط في الجزائر. لذا تم القيام بإجراء دراسة ميدانية استقصائية تحليلية للأدوار والأنشطة للتمويل بالرأسمال الاستثماري ودور في نمو نشاط المؤسسة الاقتصادية بالجزائر، بناءا على مجموعة من الأدوات المناسبة لجمع المعلومات حول العينة المدروسة من خلال الاعتماد على الاستبانة، لمعرفة اتجاهات المبحوثين حول أساليب التمويل بالرأسمال الاستثماري في تفعيل نمو نشاط المؤسسة الاقتصادية، وتمت معالجتها باستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة لبيانات الدراسة من خلال برنامج spss23 الملائم للإجابة على العبارات واختبار الفرضيات بالإضافة إلى برنامج AMOS21 لاختبار نموذج القياس. وتوصلنا من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباط طردية قوية ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة 0.05، ما بين التمويل بالرأسمال الاستثماري ونمو النشاط في المؤسسة الاقتصادية، حيث أن قيمة معامل الارتباط قدرت ب0703، وعليه على المؤسسات الاقتصادية والهيئات التمويلية أن تعطي اهتماما أكثر بتطبيق أساليب التمويل بالرأسمال الاستثماري من خلال عملياتها التمويلية في مجال أنشطتها لأنها عنصرا مهما وخاصة في تحقيق النمو وتفعيل النشاط.

In order to clarify the foundations, rules and mechanism of financing with investment capital from the technical, administrative, legal and managerial perspectives for the institutions authorized to practice this activity in Algeria.Therefore, an analytical survey field study was conducted for the roles and activities of financing with investment capital and its role in the growth of the activity of the economic institution in Algeria, based on a set of appropriate tools to collect information about the studied sample by relying on the questionnaire, to know the trends of the respondents about the methods of financing with investment capital in activating the growth of activity The study data was processed using appropriate statistical methods through the appropriate spss23 program to answer phrases and test hypotheses, in addition to the AMOS21 program to test the measurement model. Through this study, we concluded that there is a strong direct correlation relationship with statistical significance at the significance level of 0.05, between financing with investment capital and activity growth in the economic institution, as the value of the correlation coefficient was estimated at: 0.703, and accordingly, the economic institutions and financial institutions should give more attention Applying investment capital financing methods through its financing operations in the field of its activities because it is an important element, especially in achieving growth and activating activity
