محددات اختيار المؤشرات في لوحة القيادة لدى المؤسسات الجزائرية

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى تبيان محددات اختيار المؤشرات في لوحة القيادة لدى المؤسسات الجزائرية، وذلك بالاعتماد على افتراضات النظرية الموقفية، بحيث تم اختبار العلاقة بين العوامل الموقفية المتمثلة في: الاستراتيجية، الهيكل التنظيمي، حجم المؤسسة، عدم اليقين البيئي، التكنولوجيا، واختيار المؤشرات المالية وغير المالية ضمن لوحات القيادة المتبناة من طرف المؤسسات الناشطة في القطاع الصناعي في ولاية الجزائر. ولبلوغ هذا الهدف اعتمدنا على أداة الاستبيان لجمع بيانات الدراسة، حيث تم جمع 150 إجابة صالحة للتحليل من قبل أفراد عينة الدراسة، وتم التحليل الإحصائي واختبار الفرضيات باستخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية Spss. توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج، فمن جهة، تبين وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لبعض المتغيرات الموقفية على اختيار المؤشرات في لوحة القيادة، مثل حجم المؤسسة ولامركزية اتخاذ القرار اتضح أنهما يؤثران إيجابا على تزايد استخدام المؤشرات المالية، وكذلك بالنسبة لتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال الذي وجدنا أن لها تأثير ايجابي على تزايد استخدام المؤشرات غير المالية في لوحة القيادة المصممة على مستوى المؤسسات محل الدراسة، ما يدل أنهم متغيرات تفسيرية لاختيار المؤشرات في لوحة القيادة. ومن جهة أخرى، تبين عدم وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية لكل من عدم اليقين البيئي ونوع الاستراتيجية على استخدام المؤشرات غير المالية. The study aimed to identify the determinants of indicator selection in the dashboards of Algerian organizations, based on the assumptions of contingency theory. To this end, the study tested the relationship between contingency variables —namely, strategy, organizational structure, organization size, environmental uncertainty, technology, and the selection of financial and non-financial indicators within the dashboards adopted by organizations operating in the industrial sector in the Wilaya of Algiers. To achieve this objective, we used a questionnaire to collect the study data. A total of 150 valid responses were collected from the study sample for analysis, and statistical analysis and hypothesis testing were performed using the SPSS statistical software package. The study reached a number of conclusions. On the one hand, it revealed a statistically significant effect of certain contingency variables on the selection of indicators in Dashboard. For example, firm size and decentralization of decision-making were found to have a positive effect on the increased use of financial indicators. Similarly, information and communication technology was found to have a positive effect on the increased use of non-financial indicators in the dashboards designed at the organizations under study. indicating that these are explanatory variables for the selection of indicators in the dashboard. On the other hand, there was no statistically significant relationship between either environmental uncertainty and strategy type, and the use of non-financial indicators.
