دور الدبلوماسية الجزائرية في ظل المتغيرات الإقليمية والدولية الراهنة

Abstract

تتمتع الجزائر بعناصر من القوة كالموقع الإستراتيجي الذي تتقاطع فيه المصالح لأهم الفواعل الدولية ، موارد طاقوية حيوية، و إحتياطي نقدي عادل مقارنة بوضع دول أوروبية أو مغاربية محيطة بها، قوة عسكرية وأمنية منضبطة واكتسبت خبرة في إدارة مكافحة الإرهاب، محاولة التكيف مع الظروف و المستجدات الإقليمية و التطورات الدولية، وهذا ما إستدعا الجزائر من خلال مكانتها و دورها الدبلوماسي الحافل بالإنجازات إلى ضرورة البحث في السبل و الآليات الكفيلة لمجابهة شتى التهديدات التي أضحت تشكل خطرا على أمنها و استقرارها، وتعزيز وجودها وتأثيرها على المستوى الإقليمي و الدولي، فضلا عن ترقية حركيات التعاون والشراكة و الاندماج في كل التجمعات التي تنتمي إليها، حيث أصبح الاقتصاد سببا في نشوء العلاقات الدبلوماسية بين الدول. Algeria has elements of strength ,such as a strategic location where the interests of the most important international actors intersect, vital energy resources and a reasonable cash reserve compared to the situation of surrounding European or Maghreb countries, A disciplined military and security force that has gained experience in combating terrorism,Trying to adapt to regional and international conditions and developments, this is what prompted Algeria , through its position and its diplomatic role full of achievements, to search for ways and mechanisms capable of confronting the various threats that have become a danger to its security and stability, and enhance its presence and influence at the regional and international levels, in addition to promoting the dynamics of cooperation, partnership and integration in all the groups to which it belongs, the economy has become a reason for the emergence of diplomatic relations between countries.
