الأمن البيئي ومقتضيات التنمية المستدامة في الجزائر

Abstract

تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوع الأمن البيئي ومقتضيات التنمية المستدامة في الجزائر، مع التركيز على دور الفواعل الرسمية وغير الرسمية في حماية البيئة. هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد مفهوم الأمن البيئي وعلاقته بالتنمية المستدامة، ورصد أهم المشكلات البيئية في الجزائر، وتحليل مساهمة المؤسسات الحكومية ومنظمات المجتمع المدني في الحد من تدهور البيئة. وقد أظهرت النتائج أن الشراكة بين هذه الفواعل، مع الالتزام بالقوانين والتشريعات البيئية واعتماد الأساليب والوسائل المتنوعة، تسهم بشكل فعّال في حماية البيئة وتعزيز التنمية المستدامة. كما أكدت الدراسة على أهمية التوعية البيئية، وتوظيف الموارد والإمكانات بشكل متوازن، لضمان استدامة البيئة للأجيال القادمة. This study addressed the topic of Environmental Security and the Requirements of Sustainable Development in Algeria, focusing on the role of both formal and informal actors in environmental protection. The research aimed to define the concept of environmental security and its relationship with sustainable development, identify key environmental issues in Algeria, and analyze the contribution of government institutions and civil society organizations in mitigating environmental degradation. The findings showed that partnership between these actors, combined with adherence to environmental laws and regulations and the use of diverse methods and tools, effectively contributes to environmental protection and promotes sustainable development. The study also highlighted the importance of environmental awareness and the balanced utilization of resources to ensure the sustainability of the environment for future generations. Cette étude porte sur la sécurité environnementale et les impératifs du développement durable en Algérie, en se concentrant sur le rôle des acteurs officiels et non officiels dans la protection de l'environnement. Elle vise à définir le concept de sécurité environnementale et sa relation avec le développement durable, à identifier les principaux enjeux environnementaux en Algérie et à analyser la contribution des institutions publiques et des organisations de la société civile à l'atténuation de la dégradation de l'environnement. Les résultats ont démontré que le partenariat entre ces acteurs — conjugué au respect des lois et réglementations environnementales ainsi qu'à l'adoption de méthodes et d'approches variées — contribue efficacement à la protection de l'environnement et à la promotion du développement durable. L'étude a également souligné l'importance de la sensibilisation aux enjeux environnementaux et d'une utilisation équilibrée des ressources et des capacités pour garantir la durabilité environnementale au profit des générations futures.
