تحديات الأمن الإنساني من منظور التنمية المستدامة "مقاربة نظرية"

Abstract

يهدف هدا البحث العلمي أساسا إلى معالجة نظرية للتنمية المستدامة من خلال تحديات الأمن الإنساني وذلك من خلال دراسة مدى وجود علاقة الترابط والتكامل بين منظور الأمن الإنساني ومنظور التنمية المستدامة لتجسيد وتحقيق الأهداف التي يسعى كلا المنظورين إلى تجسيدهما. للوصول إلى النتائج البحثية ارتأينا أن نبرز التهديدات والتحديات التي تواجه الأمن الانساني والتنمية المستدامة من خلال طرح الفرضية المركزية مفادها أنه كلما تحقق الأمن الإنساني تحققت التنمية المستدامة. في الأخير، قمنا بطرح مجموعة من التوصيات والتي من خلالها يمكن جعل الإنسان محورا حقيقيا للاهتمام الدولي والقومي تلبية لحاجاته ومتطلباته التي تحقق أمنه وتنميته المستدامة.This scientific research, primarily aims to examine the theory of sustainable development through the challenges of human security by examining the interrelationship and integration between the human security and sustainable development perspectives in realizing the goals that both seek to achieve. To attend the research results, we highlight the threats and challenges facing human security and sustainable development by proposing the main hypothesis that sustainable development is achieved when human security is attained. Finally, we present a set of recommendations that can make human beings a true focus of international and national attention, addressing their needs and requirements to achieve their security and sustainable development.Cette recherche scientifique vise principalement à aborder la théorie du développement durable à travers les enjeux de la sécurité humaine. Elle examine l'interrelation et la complémentarité entre les perspectives de sécurité humaine et de développement durable afin d'atteindre les objectifs qu'elles poursuivent. Pour atteindre les conclusions de cette recherche, nous avons choisi de mettre en lumière les menaces et les défis qui pèsent sur la sécurité humaine et le développement durable, en formulant l'hypothèse centrale que le développement durable est indissociable de la sécurité humaine. Enfin, nous avons présenté un ensemble de recommandations visant à placer l'être humain au cœur des préoccupations internationales et nationales, en répondant à ses besoins et exigences pour garantir sa sécurité et son développement durable.
