إستخدام الاتصال الرقمي في تحسين الصورة الذهنية للمؤسسة العسكرية الجزائرية

Abstract

تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوع استخدام الإتصـال الرقمــي فـي المؤسسـة العسكريــة لتحسين صورتها الذهنية، دراسة وصفية تحليلية لاتجاهات عينة من الشباب الجزائري لمعرفة آرائهم المختلفة حول توجه المؤسسة العسكرية الجزائرية إلى تبني الاتصال الرقمي، الذي يتميز بالآنية، التفاعلية، والتدفق الهائل للمعلومات ونقلها وتبادلها بسرعة، وكبديل لممارسة كافة أنشطتها الاتصالية والإعلامية، حيث أضحى هذا الأخير يشكل تحديا وضرورة حتمية، خاصة بالنسبة للمؤسسات الحديثة، التي تخلت عن الهيكل التنظيمي الهرمي وانتقلت إلى الهيكل التنظيمي الشبكي. هذه الدراسة تهدف إلى التعرف على مدى استخدام المؤسسة العسكرية لوسائل الاتصال الرقمي الجديدة، مثل الموقع الإلكتروني لوزارة الدفاع الوطني"WWW. MDN. DZ » «، صفحتها الرسمية على الفيسبوك، التطبيقة الإلكترونية الإعلامية "..MDNews"، بالإضافة إلى مختلف الصفحات X, Youtub, Instagrame.. ، في نشر كل مستجداتها حتى يتسنى لجمهورها الخارجي متابعتها والاطّلاع عليها، ومن ثم تدعيم ثقته بمؤسسته العسكرية العتيدة وتعزيز صورتها الذهنية. This study addressed to the use of digital communication in the military institution to improve the mental image in the digital environment. It is a descriptive and analytical study of attitudes of Algerian youth to understand their different views on the Algerian military institution’s to adopt digital communication, which is characterized by interactivity, immediacy , and extreme speed in transfer and exchange huge amounts of information , as an alternative for carrying out all its communication and media activities , which have become a major challenge and an imperative necessity, especially in the specifities of modern institutions, which have moved from a hierarchical organizational structure to a networked. This study aimed to identify the extent of the military institution uses the new means of digital communication it has produced, such as social networks, its official facebook page, the official website of the ministry of national defense WWW.MDN.DZ and various pages, “X Youtub”, in addition to other electronic media application “..MDNews, to follow up and publish all its latest developments, so that the public can be informed and thus strengthen its confidence in its military institution and enhance its image.Cette étude s'est intéressée à l'utilisation de la communication digital au sein de l’Etablissement Militaire afin d'améliorer son image mental. Il s'agissait d'une étude descriptive et analytique des nouvelles tendances chez les jeunes Algériens, qui ont exprimé leurs différentes opinions sur l'évolution de l'institution militaire algérienne vers une communication numérique. Cette dernière, apparue en temps réel et au rythme rapide de l'évolution de l'information, s'est imposée comme une alternative efficace à l'ensemble de ses activités de communication et médiatiques, ces dernières étant devenues un défi et une nécessité incontournable, notamment face à l'innovation en général. Cette étude vise à déterminer dans quelle mesure l'armée algérienne utilise les nouveaux outils de communication digital, tels que le site web du ministère de la Défense nationale (www.mdn.dz), sa page Facebook officielle, l'application de médias électroniques « MDNews » et diverses autres plateformes comme YouTube et Instagram, pour diffuser ses dernières actualités et informations auprès du public, contribuant ainsi à renforcer la confiance de la population envers l'armée et à améliorer son image publique.
