أثر تطبيق مبادئ الحوكمة على الاستثمار الرياضي في الجزائر

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى استكشاف أهمية مبادئ الحوكمة ودورها في تعزيز الاستثمار الرياضي في الجزائر، مع التركيز على مدى تأثيرها في إدارة المؤسسات الرياضية شملت الدراسة الميدانية وزارة الشباب والرياضة وبعض الأندية المحترفة من الدرجة الأولى، بالإضافة إلى المنشآت والمركبات. أظهرت الدراسة أن تطبيق مبادئ الحوكمة يساهم في تحسين جودة التقارير المالية وزيادة الشفافية. لوحظ تحسن ملحوظ في معظم مؤشرات الأداء المالي للمؤسسات الرياضية، على الرغم من وجود تفاوت في درجة التأثير على المؤشرات المختلفة. استنتجت الدراسة أن مبادئ الحوكمة تمثل عاملاً أساسياً في تعزيز الاستثمار الرياضي من خلال تحسين الإدارة المالية، وزيادة المصداقية، وتحقيق التنمية المستدامة للمؤسسات الرياضية L'étude visait à explorer l'importance des principes de gouvernance et leur rôle dans la promotion de l'investissement sportif en Algérie, en mettant l'accent sur leur impact sur la gestion des institutions sportives l'étude de terrain comprenait le ministère de la jeunesse et des Sports et quelques clubs professionnels de premier ordre, en plus des installations et des véhicules. L'étude a montré que l'application des principes de gouvernance contribue à améliorer la qualité des rapports financiers et à accroître la transparence. * Une amélioration notable a été observée dans la plupart des indicateurs de la performance financière des entreprises sportives, bien qu'il y ait une divergence dans le degré d'impact sur divers indicateurs. l'étude a conclu que les principes de gouvernance représentent un facteur clé pour renforcer l'investissement sportif en améliorant la gestion financière, en augmentant la crédibilité et en réalisant un développement durable des institutions sportives The study aimed to explore the importance of governance principles and their role in promoting sports investment in Algeria, focusing on their impact on the management of sports institutions.the field study included the Ministry of youth and sports and some first-class professional clubs, in addition to facilities and vehicles. The study showed that the application of governance principles contributes to improving the quality of financial reports and increasing transparency. * A noticeable improvement was observed in most indicators of the financial performance of sports enterprises, although there was a discrepancy in the degree of impact on various indicators. the study concluded that the principles of governance represent a key factor in enhancing sports investment by improving financial management, increasing credibility, and achieving sustainable development of sports institutions
